it was peace and quiet with lovely surroundings, even though we knew it was a continental breakfast, a full English would have made it perfect.
The track leading up to it was very uneven , not suitable for cars lower to the ground, like ours!

Bev is an excellent host. Their home was friendly and comfortable. Great location to explore the surrounding area.

Lovely B&B in a beautiful and scenic location in a deer farm. The views from the farm were amazing. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast. Cosy rooms and comfortable beds. We loved our stay there.
Nothing significant. Would have liked a little bit more options for breakfast, but the hosts offered even more than was in the room description on booking anyway.

views were amazing, great room and space.
The breakfast would have been nice to have a hot option. The owners seem too busy with the other rentals to be attentive to the B&B

Everything: the rooms, the grounds, the food. Even the weather was on our side 😊
Really stunning location and we even got to see a huge herd of deer a couple of times too.

Breakfast was very good (though Continental) and family that ran the place helpful and pleasant. Tiverton was an ideal base to explore Devon. We slept well in comfy beds.
Be aware that the house is indeed a farmhouse, being at the end of a long narrow bumpy road. I wouldn't come here without a car.

Location and the owners, comfort and feeling welcome.
East Dunster Deer Farm is set in a fantastic valley location where peace and quiet is assured. It's location is ideal for exploring all the peninsular close to both coasts.
There was nothing I didn't like.

We spent 2 nights here on our uk road trip and honestly wish we’d stayed for longer. The location is wonderful if you’re wanting to switch off from busy life. We opted for a family room and it was amazingly spacious for myself, husband and almost 2 year old. The owners were so welcoming and accommodating, answered any questions that we had and went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfy stay. Bev made a lovely and very filing breakfast and was so kind as to let us stay a little bit late on our second day to make sure we had our breakfast. I truly hope we get to visit this wonderful b&b again and will be highly recommending to anyone we can. Thank you for a 10/10 stay

The location. Seemingly centred in some perfect farming microbubble. I can honestly acknowledge, that the views and surrounding areas were spectacular.
All was great.

The location is stunning and the property is half a mile from a beautiful riverside thatched pub. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. I would stay here again. Breathtaking views and perfect Family room set up with the En-suite bathroom dividing the kids room from the master bedroom.
My only suggestion is we had no milk in our bedroom fridge for the second morning, so we had to wait until breakfast for a coffee. Otherwise perfect!

It was challenging to find the location but it was nice property unfortunately the view from our window was just a car park but Room size was good especially with a kid. Toiletries were not enough and Breakfast was nice.
