The staff was very friendly, it was very very clean and the showers and bathroom was beautiful. It was assuring that the community was gated and our car was in a safe place.

What a lovely place. Helpful and friendly staff, spotlessly clean everywhere, the room was great - we had a balcony with a glimpse of the sea and the furnishings were very nice. Excellent shower and it’s in an amazing location close to the centre and the sea
I believe the breakfast feature is new. My husband enjoyed it - fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast and coffee - but I’m a I’m cup of tea in the morning kind of person so it was wasted on me! Not the hotels fault at all though!!

Location. Roof top.

Loved our room with patio access. But what was really nice was the terrace on the rooftop

Very clean room, bed and a beautiful small hotel!!!
I think the price for night is a little expensive.

Tastefully designed and decorated. Well equipped for a short or long term stay.

We love this boutique hotel and stay here every time we are in Loreto. They also fixed the shower and now it gets hot (was lukewarm before)! We enjoyed our private balcony and it’s the perfect spot for an afternoon drink.
Breakfast is basic.

Night-duty staff at the front desk was very patient in waiting for our arrival just before 10pm. We appreciated the little touches, such as switching on the a/c in the room when we arrived, arranging for breakfast to be brought up to our room at a time that is convenient for us, etc. We loved the views from our balconies; they would be even more enjoyable in the cooler months. The continental breakfast, which was served in generous portions, was more than enough for us. The decor was beautiful as everyone else has mentioned.
It would be good if housekeeping could also look up when they clean the bathroom. For such a beautiful hotel, it was a letdown to see the shower head that was green with oxidation spray half of the water outside of the shower. The layout of the studio could have been maximized. There was limited counter space in the kitchenette and you have to take out the electric stovetop that was stored all the way to the back of the lower cupboard if you want to cook something. Also, we booked for 2, but there was cutlery for one person only.

This is the second time we staying here, and we love this cute small boutique hotel with nice balconies and rooftops to have your breakfast or afternoon drinks. The room was super clean, and there's secure parking across the street. It's in the quiet part of town, yet only a few blocks to the Malecone and town center where the shops and restaurants are. Also it's pet friendly!
The shower is luke warm. It's fine in the summer (our second stay), but a bit chilly in the winter (our first stay). The breakfast is um, very heathy, with just coffee, juice, yogurt, fruits and granola.

Cute, spotless, tasteful garden rooms. Very esthetic and comfortable. My
The kitchenette is well stocked. I was hoping for a larger freezer compartment as kitchen was listed as full kitchen. It was a tiny tray area in a mini fridge. I was carrying frozen fish so this aspect did not meet my expectation.

it’s Dog Friendly!

It is conveniently located, charming, and very accommodating. The breakfast was quite sufficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Room 4 could have used a second chair ( maybe not enough space …)

The personal escort to the room upon checking into the property. I also liked the dinnerware and utensils along with the coffee pot and refrigerator in the room.
A little more room for luggage in the room for more than one person. No swim pool!

location and great mexican style boutique

The staff are wonderful and helped us get a taxi, the room was clean, the common areas are peaceful and beautiful. I felt safe and relaxed. The breakfast (a muffin, fruit, Greek yogurt, granola & coffee) was served beautifully. Great restaurants are literally right around the corner. We're not a fan of the hustle and bustle of resorts and big hotels and this was just the peaceful hometown atmosphere we were looking for! We would absolutely stay here again, and hopefully be able to book one of the suites upstairs, although our room on the first floor was more than adequate! :)
The bed was very hard and on Saturday night the band at the nearby bar was quite loud. But I always travel with earplugs and expected such being right in the middle of town!

Great location and friendly staff! Go for the upstairs room upgrade, it's worth it!

location!
no hot water on our second day

Friendly and helpful staff, and close to both the historic town square and the malecon. Nice continental breakfast delivered to your room.
There is no pool and no view, and the TV was complicated to work (not a big deal to us as not there to watch TV!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Such a pretty property, and the reception staff were excellent. Very welcoming and accommodating.
The room was a bit small, but very nicely appointed!

Great staff. Reliable hot water. Very clean. Masks used. Excellent location within easy walking distance of Plaza and Malecón, but on a quiet, low-traffic side street. Fenced parking. A light continental breakfast with good coffee.

Room was one bed kind of small space but large bathroom small refrigerator. Coffee maker which is not common in Mexico. Very clean and beautiful.
Neighbors next hotel over ☹ Could be due to baja 1000 traffic.

This property is very clean. Bed was a soft and comfortable. The room where we stayed in had a small fridge, sink, and microwave. The property is close walking distance to the Malecon and El Centro. Everything was very convenient.
