INITIAL HOTEL Hua Hin

The location is good as you are near all the bars and restaurants etc on soi 94, but it is also quiet enough should you need. The beach is about 20 minutes walk. I had a great view from my room overlooking Hua Hin. The room was big and bright and the bed was comfortable.

The furniture was in very poor condition and definitely needed replacing. Cleanliness wasn't great and there were a lot of ants in the bathroom and in certain areas in the bedroom. I only stayed 1 night but would have raised this issue with the manager if I'd stayed longer

average hotel in a quiet part of Soi94, not many choices for late night drinks or food.

it’s “ok” comfortable beds and large room.

swimming pool has only 5 deck chairs and all were so dirty. please clean these.

Excellent spacious room, but my room a bit too near noisy bar scene, unfortunately.

Not a bad choice for travelers with many restaurants/bars nearby., Lovely pool for the use of guests.

Having a ground-floor room was too noisy for me, and i ended up purchasing earplugs! Will ask for higher room next time. All taxi drivers find it hard to locate. Didn't have breakfast.

Staff helpful.

Coffee tasted a bit odd. Breakfast too much to eat for me! Location turned out to be a bit of a problem as tuk tuk drivers/ motorcyclicts didnt' seem to have a clue where it was located. Sometimes, neither did I!

Very nice stay once again at the Initial hotel Hua Hin

I have stayed at the Initial Hua Hin before and the location is very good. The rooms are large and clean, there is also a nice swimming pool in the hotel. The staff are always very helpful

There was nothing to dislike about the hotel, you get what you pay for at a fair price.

Location good, some restaurants and small shops. All in walking distance. Car parking.

Very basic and simple room interior. No breakfast. No beverages at the lounge area
