Great location walking distance to cafes, the beach and the pub.

Comfortable and roomier than we expected. Everything we needed for a short stay. Could hear the sound of the surf which was lovely.

Noisy water pipes from adjoining room when other guests had early morning showers.

Good location. Friendliness of host and “Spencer”.

The behaviour of nearby guests in room 10. Loud rowdy behaviour from nearby guests continued late into the night. This impacted our sleep and ability for a long drive early the next day.

Very good and would stay again.

Clean, comfortable and convenient, plenty of room. Bed very comfortable. A heater was supplied which made the unit very warm.

Dated and needs some maintenance. Lots of cracked tiles and wood damage in the bathroom probably from water.

Perfect location! Quiet, comfortable and clean rooms. VERY comfy beds!

Great location, onsite parking was great. The lounge room was a great size. The beds were all super comfortable. Aircon was great as it was quite cold at night, during our stay. Love that there is a full sized dining table.

No screen door. We had our main door open but this is not okay at night time as there’s no security. So you’re forced to have the door shut and locked most of the time. The shower head was sticky taped together which doesn’t look very good (still functional though) Bring your own toilet paper as was is supplied is 1 ply sandpaper.

Poor greeting on arrival. Lack of places to eat locally. Expensive for what it was.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Friendly caretaker, the villa was clean & neat with everything we needed. Close to the beach and the pub or bowlo. Walked into the marina to look around the beautiful area.

Better value for a better room than other nearby places, overall a nice place to stay

Spacious rooms and bathroom and well furnished

Thin walls so noise travelled through, loud floors so could hear people outside or next door moving around and plumbing from neighbouring rooms was very loud

shower has no pressure no way you could wash your hair. No central heating only a little heater, however it kept me warm.

Good location. Very well equipped apartment. We had a lovely meal at the bowls club across the road.

Unfortunately the plumbing in the complex is very loud so we could hear every time neighbouring units turned on taps or used the toilet (which seemed very often on our second night). I must admit I thought that it must have been raining heavily when a neighbour used the shower at four in the morning.

Great place to stay

Great room for a budget. Very clean and close to the beach which was lovely. The day we were supposed to leave our car boot malfunctioned and we got stuck here - 8 hours from home. The owners went above and beyond to squeeze us in for 2 extra rooms at such short notice and even got the rooms cleaned and ready early for us so we could put all our luggage in. Also let us put our luggage in their staff area whilst we waited. Beautiful, clean pool as well. Very friendly staff and we are super thankful for their help.

Great place overall but with a few glitches

Spacious, great location, well equipped

No one was there to check us in. We had to make what was an international call for us in order to reach someone at an answering service. Turns out the manager was just in the yard having a BBQ. Would have been helpful if she left a note so we could have just walked back there since she was the one who let us in anyway. The AC did not work well. The fuse blew a couple of times; had to call the answering service again but they were prompt about resetting it.
