Nice room, tasty breakfast and dinner. Good location for trips. Free parking.
There should be bigger variety of food for dinner.

The location is not far from the beach (5 minutes walk) and Valledoria (12 minutes walk) where you find bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The breakfast is simple but was more than what you expect in Italy, since the normal breakfast in Italy consists of a coffee and a cornetto.
The room was not comfortable, as it was in fact an extra room attached to another apartment rented to somebody else. The furniture is cheap, I was missing a desk to sit and work, and the hotel does not provide WiFi in its rooms, only close to the reception. However, I think there are better rooms in this hotel and I just got the cheapest room for the cheapest rate.

Swimming pool was nice. Open from 10 to 13 and from 16 to 19 (I seem to recall). Lifeguard available and really kind. Building at the Entrance and apartments around swimming pool look nice ( they have some grass at the entrance).
We did a pre check-in online but at arrival we spent some time at the reception anyway.
Buildings on the back do not have the same attention as those at the entrance. No grass at the entrance just dust and land and it looks like it is a different structure. Along the walls spiders webs are visible.
Inside the apartment Ants in the kitchen and also on the bed( even if we never have eaten inside).
Music and entertainment until 23. You can’t escape if you want to rest you need to wait.
We were traveling in a group of 6adults and one child. We booked 3 apartments (one for family)and they gave to us the only apartment with no balcony or terrace/garden in all the structure without informing us -and even if we were the only family with more members. Once we were inside We complained and asked to have Another apartment. Receptionist told us we were paying more than other apartments as we were 3 people ( as I understand), they were fully booked for all our stay and they couldn’t offer any other apartments even the day after. However, The day after we saw different families leaving their apartments. I complained again making a point that what I was told was a lie. They offered after an hour a room without kitchen but At that point I didn’t really care as trust was lost. If the only apartments available at our arrival time were 3 I would have preferred they checked in our group before giving us the solution with less space and no lies please. You lose your customer trust.
The other apartments had problems as well: in one the wc was broken, and in the other the tv cable to the plug was half opened ( the guest repaired it) the fridge in one apartment was big in the other 2 small and one was not working properly
I won’t come back

Simple, clean accommodation. Nice staff
The food was inedible ( very expensive also!)
There were ants everywhere. The ants crawled into cupboards. Bc of covid there was nothing available, no room cleaning, no children’s entertainment. Nothing.
Grounds were not very well kept. Looked a little deserted and decrepit.

Staff amability, cleanliness and comfort. And of course the pool. It was really close to the beach.
The internet is working only in the pool area. In the rooms there was not wifi signal. And in the pool area the internet was working only when were not to many tourists using internet in the same time. I needed internet to speak with my family in another country and send some emails job related.
