The view was breathtaking, the room was more spacious than it seemed to be in the pictures, clean and cozy. When we got there wasted from a long trip, we found that the fridge was full of food, drinks and snacks. The guests were so warm and helpful, we are definitely going to come again another time, it felt like a dream.

The view of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to a view like that almost made every struggle worth it. There was a washing machine for our use which helped. For breakfast, I liked the yogurts. There was a moka pot to make coffee and white bread in the fridge. No toaster but I used the pan to toast them. I did not know you had to turn the gas on under the sink for it to work. On our way out we passed by the owner and he was so kind and offered us a lift to the Ravello bus stop since it was extremely hot and steep to roll a heavy suitcase up for 25 mins. This was super kind of him.
Adding to the fact that there were 176 stone steps to reach the hotel, which made it difficult to descend our suitcase, we had an encounter with the caretaker on site. He came knocking on our door 30 mins before we had to checkout, knocking loudly and then started to turn the handle to open the door. This startled us as we were still getting dressed. I open the door and he says you have to check out by 10:30, I am waiting for you. He said this in a very rude way and started to bring cleaning products outside our room. I confronted him during checkout to tell him that it was not right what he did to try to get us out and he raised his voice, denying it, "No, no I didn't open the door!" I insisted that he did start to open the door and he kept denying it. In all my years of staying at different hotels, I never experienced something like this. I want to mention that the owners of the hotel are very kind and it is unfortunate for them that the staff is not providing the guests the experience/kindness that the owners display.

Newl renovation with a gorgeous view
The path to the site is misleading, way more steps then advertises. Carrying luggage was difficult

Shower was dirty and bed was uncomfortable

The location was stunning, great to be able to use the local bus. The fridge was well stocked when we arrived and the caretaker was very happy to restock it.
The whole place was just a bit jaded the bathroom definitely needed attention as did the kitchen huge areas of mildew.Several times I had to climb out of the window because the lock failed. The garden and exterior were very scruffy

Although it was a last minute booking, we had an absolutely amazing stay here. Very quiet and relaxing area. The room is large enough and comfortable, the furniture seems a bit old, but everything is nice and clean. We had our own terrace, the views were breathtaking. Breakfast provided by the host in the form of some basic products in the fridge. Nice and welcoming staff. Would really like to come back to Ravello and to this specific accommodation.
Keep in mind that there are no shops in close proximity to the accommodation, especially in the evening. If you arrive in Ravello by bus and walk to the property, you either have to use a lot of stairs, or walk quite a bit downwards, on the main road. However, all the effort is absolutely worth it for then going to bed and waking up with those views.

The food left at the accomodation was limited. The town of Ravello is beautiful but the location of the property was extremely difficult with luggage .. 144 steps down and then over 200 to the town square.
The steps to and from the property were excessive when not told in the description of the property.
The property appears to be managed an the man who met us was not very welcoming compared to other accommodation we have stayed at.

Very hospital owner, I arrived after 12am and he waited for me.
The place with amazing view in a very quite location.
The only concern could be the accessibility for elder people or young families with infants: you will have to go about 100 meters of stairs by foot from the nearest road and parking.

The view is very nice
Attention! You really have to walk a lot of stairs down from the Bus station!! around 350-500 stairs, with luggage and hot temperatures very exhausting. Also the at the door entrance is smells like Indian food because the receptionist lives next door and cooks Indian food/curry, not so nice when you are on vacations. You can hear everything the receptionist does! Also the breakfast included is not a real breakfast, you have to do it yourself, compared to other hotels we stayed during our vacation it is not comparable at all unfortunately...

The fridge was very well stocked with food, the host was great and the location was beautiful!
The kitchen could've been maybe slightly more stocked with utensils and glasses, but not any real issue.

Amazing view, the pictures do not do it justice.
If you are not travelling by car, the climb to central Ravello is rather steep. While not a big issue it can be good to keep in mind.

The view is the best I’ve ever had from anywhere I’ve ever stayed. The property was clean. The host filled the fridge for us. The bed was super comfortable. Loads of towels.
Ravello in general has so many steps and the property is no different. It’s an effort to get from the accommodation to the centre, especially in July heat. Even from the road to our door, there were over 100 steps. Having said that,It’s absolutely picturesque but you’d want to be able bodied to get around.

The beautiful view and the great customer service.
the shower’s wooden floor was broken.

fantastic view from balcony. good size, large bathroom. free public parking above available. very friendly staff. Walks to Ravello and Amalfi possible (many steps, steep climbs). We would definitely come again !
ok for us, but be aware that the house is >100 steps below the street so you need to carry your luggage down (and up when leaving).

The view was absolutely amazing, the hosts also left a cupboard and fridge filled with food and drinks so we didn’t need to go to the shop when we were there.

The best place I have stayed in the entire Amalfi coast! The best view ever - with nothing to block it - on the sides or underneath - total immersion into the view, even from the bed. Beautiful terrace, amazing lemon trees. Big bathroom fully equipped with everything you need, as well as the kitchen, and the fridge. Extremly kind and helpful host. Excellent price quality ratio. Totally worth the way there!

The view from the balcony was one of the best I have ever encountered.
The place itself is almost huge and had a kitchen with all the appliances to cook or make coffee.
Also, they stocked the fridge with juices, cheese, ham, bread, milk and other stuff which was just very nice.
Be careful with the shower/bath as it leaked a lot.
