we enjoyed an amazing time and planned to be back to same property in the next years.

Excellent location just 2 min to the heart of Lagos and 5 min to the beach , large rooms and comfortable beds, very well equipped kitchen and cleanliness of the apartment. Also , Luis our contact to this property was very kind and helpful , taking care about all !

Nothing to suggest as all was great.

fabulous location, old town Lagos is definitely the place to be easy check in and was nice and clean with a decent size apartment for two people

bed wasn’t the comfiest, two single duvets instead of one which was annoying. would be great to have beach towels available

WONDERFUL - Everything was beyond our expectations.

Everything was beyond our expectations. !!! This accommodation was as described: SUPERB. The house was beautiful. Hygiene was perfect. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect. If we return to Lagos, we will definitely stay at Apartamento Joaquim Tello.

Perfectly equipped and well located small apartment in the center of Lagos

All in all a great place! The host was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen was really well equipped. The place was big enough with everything we needed. The location was also great. We were there at the end of January and the streets were very quiet.

Personally, I am a light sleeper and the noise of the AC machine (also heating) above in the courtyard was a problem for me. For my partner the noise was not a problem. Some of the other guests in the house had it constantly on, also at night, and even after Luis informed them of the issue just to make them aware, they just kept it on every night. This is more a note than a complain. For a longer stay I would probably have liked to stay at a brighter place but we were moving around a lot during the day so it was fine. Both windows face a small courtyard and there are higher buildings around.

location! close to nice restaurants and cafés. well equipped kitchen with an oven. hot water, lots! Very responsive and friendly host. free and easy parking 6 min away.

Perfect location, lovely apartment

This was a great place to stay in the heart of Lagos old town. Restaurants, bars, shops, and beaches are very easily accessible. Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the host provided plenty of information to ensure we had everything we needed before we arrived.

Good value but don’t expect to retire early.

The apartment was efficient.

Across the narrow street was a night club that was quite noisy until the wee hours. The windows offered no sound barrier.

Looking forward to coming again

Very clean apartment, and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The host Luis is very friendly and very considerate, and helped us a lot!! Apartment is located in the old town, close to everything.

The perfect central spot, clean and the right size for a one person stay!

Very clean, extremely central, has some nice outdoor space, check in is easy. Really great price in a silly price season and for its location, and facilities.

Would love small touches like shampoo, conditioner.. shower head wouldn’t stay :/

we had a lovely time in Lagos. Luis was very accomodating and the flat was excellent. would stay here again!

very spacious and clean flat, close to the old town and beach

the lads outside the pool bar were quite noisy. earplugs are essential for a good night sleep.

Superb

Such a lovely interior, modern and clean. The location is excellent, very central and easy to get to everything. Furthest beaches away were 30 minute walk, and the closest 8 minutes. Well equipped kitchen and very comfy beds. A little noisy at night, but apart from that everything else was perfect thanks!

There is no dish washer. Pressure of the shower sometimes dropped.

Home away from home!

Great location to be close to the city (restaurants, bars etc) but not in a noisy street. Apartment is very spacious, exceptionally clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful apartment

Beautiful apartment with everything you need during a holiday. If I could give 6 stars in a review, I would do! The place is clean, the kitchen very well equipped, the bathroom nice, a good specious livingroom and a very comfortable bed in a nice bedroom with window. The location is perfect, in the middle of the center of Lagos. We would definitely come back when we will go to Lagos again!

Superb

Excellent location right in front of a sports bar with pool tables! The apartment was super comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was well equipped and the host was quick to respond.

Netflix on TV would be great perk. Not that it's anyone's fault, but it would be great if affordable supermarket were local (we ended up spending lots of money on restaurants and never got to use the kitchen).

Great central location, close to bars and shops. Nice building in a quite street. A lot of kitchen appliances and gears so easy to cook your meals. Big and powerful hot shower.

It was perfect!

We loved the modern, yet vintage layout of the apartment. It was clean, nicely decorated and nothing was missing especially in the kitchen.
