Excellent , wish it was warmer so we could have tried the pool.

We stayed in room 31, close to the back. On the outside it was an older style unit but inside was fully renovated. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. Added extras were a coffee plunger, tea, coffee, biscuits etc. Our rate included breakfast (continental). For very little extra you could add on a hot breakfast. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant, best steak and yummy chicken - generous servings.

Room was great, the lack of other services was disappointing.

The room was a very good size and conveniently for i us located on the ground floor.

Despite arriving before reception closed we still had to access our room key through the lock box and the receptionist seemed annoyed that I did not just do that rather than bother her. It was very disappointing that the restaurant where we have eaten a very good meal on a previous trip was not open on a Sunday night. There were not a lot of other options in a country town on a Sunday.

Fantastic hotel, will definitely stay again.

This was our second stay here, just an overnight stop as we were passing through to visit parents. Room is large, clean and spacious, bed VERY comfortable and bathroom is also large, clean and has a great shower. Everything you need for a great price. We will always stay here when passing through.

Can't complain... maybe there could be some peppermint tea or green tea in the room in addition to regular tea? But now I'm being picky...

great location and on site restaurant a boon. Sertiously missed a hot shower due to plumbing issue.

Really like the on site restaurant. we had a nice meal without having to go searching after a long day's travel. cosy and homely atmosphere with well prepared food.

There was no pressure in the shower - a major plumbing issue I suspect but most unsatisfactory when on the road.

Thunderbird Yass

Good location walking distance to town, rain head on the shower nice, couch in room.

Very poor bed, you roll into the middle didn't sleep well, Receptionist had attitude, on a long call regarding a booking when I went in to the office, did not acknowledge me in any way just left hanging till she finnished. Fridge full of drinks and sweets, Woolworths is next door this is an old fashioned practice especially for a motel people are travelling round and need the fridge space. Don't service rooms due to lack of staff, all this for the most expensive night in a motel I've paid in the last month and I've stayed in 10 different ones.

Perfect stopping place on the drive from Melbourne to Sydney.

The room was large, very clean, and I like the fact that it had a small kitchenette with facilities to make you own breakfast if you choose to. It is also walking distance to the centre of Yass and is well located for dinner at the local pubs, Soldiers' Club or the Bowling Club.

The tariff included breakfast but the restaurant isn't open on a Monday so maybe on the Sunday night rate, there could be a reduction to accommodate that.

Very nice but no dinner.

We had a double room just for the two of us. It was very nice.

No one warned us that we had to book the restaurant so missed out on dinner there even though we stayed at the motel. Not good folks.

Great in room facilities, great pool, friendly staff who set you up and leave you be.

Would have been great if we could log into streaming services on the TV but otherwise perfect

the room was clean and tidy and the beds were so comfy! They were very understaffed and under the pump but always friendly and I’m really impressed at how they coped. Great location and great value for money
