Awesome granny flat

The accommodation is roomy, single storey, easy to access and very clean. We appreciated the extra supplies including fresh cherries and a chocolate each, as well as light breakfast supplies. We enjoyed dinner in the little courtyard. The place is roomy with a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the place was quiet. The bathroom was a good size and included a washer/dryer. The shower was fine, with plenty of hot water. We felt very comfortable and safe. We briefly met the friendly owners and their gorgeous dog. The car park is right by the door making unpacking easy.

The driveway is narrow and parking a bit tricky. We did work out it was easiest to back into the parking area.

Great value accomodation provided by friendly hosts. Highly recommend staying here.

Property was spacious , cosy and well equipped. Hosts were were exceptionally friendly and efficient as was evident by the cleanliness of the rooms. Location is close to river walks and town centre.

A little awkward for parking but wouldn’t deter me from returning.

We would stay here anytime we’re in the area.

Comfortable and peaceful for an overnight stay with our dog while travelling between Qld & VIC. Always an excellent experience, close to town with l restaurants, takeaways etc. and well equipped accommodation.

Our stay at the Very Comfortable Granny Flat was great

Breakfast was everything you could need for a continental breakfast. Location was great, not far to drive to the city centre or local shops and to the entrance to the highway. The little courtyard was a lovely addition for us and our dog

A pet friendly property that lives up to its name!

Clean, comfortable and everything needed is provided. Comfy bed, breakfast provisions and good sized rooms in a peaceful environment. We have stayed before and will stay again! Excellent hosts.

The granny flat was very pleasantly furnished and breakfast was provided too.

Excellent stay, and would definitely stay there again if we’re in Yass.

The location was easy to find and the granny flat was awesome. It was very homely and super comfortable. We met the host and she was lovely and friendly. We couldn’t ask for anymore. Breakfast was also very good and nothing was left to chance.

Nothing really. Maybe if I was critical, the lounge was a bit soft and a bit difficult to get out of but nothing else to complain about.

Comfortable and spacious accommodation, fully equipped and a great place to break up the journey from Melbourne to Sydney.

Would happily stay more than just the one night in future.

Spacious, clean, comfortable & quiet location, well appointed with complimentary food (including all the basics and more) plus plenty of books and even 2 face washers (most places only provide one, regardless of the number of guests).

Main TV reception was poor, couldn’t get the bedroom TV remote to work and couldn’t find a box of tissues anywhere).

Would like to return

The property was clean and roomy. Breakfast supplies were great (proper muesli) and the kitchen space was good.

Lounge was not the most comfortable but that is nitpicking. The overall experience was first class

I would definitely recommend this place as a comfortable stay.

The flat was immaculately clean & welcoming. There was lovely breakfast items for us. The hosts were very accommodating with our dog being there too.

We loved how homely the Granny Flat is. Very comfortable and very welcoming hosts. Lovely courtyard out the front for little ones to burn some energy as well. Will definitely look at booking here in the future 😊

We recommend a stay here if in Yass.

Very spacious comfortable flat in a quiet location off the road. Excellent communication by James and Mary. very good directions as it could be a little difficult to find the correct driveway. Breakfast was great. In all a very good stay and highly recommended.

I highly recommend this property.
