The hotel is beautiful, the location and design makes it feel really nice. The fitness/yoga schedule is amazing and so many different spaces to exercise in! So much to choose from - if you're thinking of a solo holiday, there is so much to do and they do group kayaking and hiking too. Also free hire of kayaks and paddle boards which was great! The cinema was a nice touch. The restaurants were nice and had a good range of dishes on offer, and the breakfast was selection from a menu rather than just a buffet which was really good. I cannot fault the housekeeping, the daily room cleaning was so thorough. The app is also really useful to make bookings.
The staff were very hit or miss. When we arrived we were given a disclaimer to sign regarding group activities, and a welcome drink, but were then ignored until my husband went to the desk to return the forms (whereas the family behind us were seen to after completing their forms and drinks and taken to their room). They were quite busy with check ins and other guests, but felt a little bit like we were just a nuisance! We then got shown to our room and told there was an app we could use to book everything. Later in our stay we saw other guests being shown around the hotel... there just wasn't any customer service consistency. Same with the staff in the restaurants - there were a couple of really good waiters, but they must have been trained elsewhere. We actually didn't get our meal at all one night - we had to ask after an hour (and watching everyone around us getting theirs)... it had been missed. All of these things in isolation would be forgiven, but it's NOT a cheap hotel, and for the money we spent, we'd expect excellent consistent service, and it's not that.
It's nice to have a private section of beach, but there are not enough beach sunbeds for the size of the hotel. The hotel is on a big hill (which I think is made clear on Booking.com) but don't underestimate the climb back up to the top from the beach!
Little things - our room was right next to the chimney for one of the restaurants, nothing could be done about it but when they were cooking lunch it made our terrace smell which was a shame. There are also only plastic "glasses" in the rooms - again, a little thing, and I understand it's safer when there is hard floor everywhere, but it's not great drinking a glass of wine from a plastic cup.

the place was magical and perfect
lots of steps to our room but we did expect that as it’s in a hill , however the view and room were perfection when you reached it

This place is incredible, our room was a raw retreat with private pool, wow everything about it was insane and likely one of the best places I've ever stayed.
Nothing, oh that I had to leave

Really beautiful setting, built around nature. Excellent gym facilities and outdoor cinema. Rooms are spacious. Resort is very clean and tidy. Staff really friendly, attentive and happy! Food is delicious and presented nicely. Generally a very welcoming and chilled out vibe
The food is great but really expensive for what it is eg. €5 for a 250ml can of coke!

Nothing, it was perfect!

A beautiful hotel that’s offers a different experience than most. staff were at all times exceptional. the service was simply outstanding. go enjoy and relax.
would have been nice if the gym was enclosed and air conditioned but a minor complaint. The equipment available was first class and covered the complete range.

An amazing hotel. Staff were all very friendly and very attentive, great service! The food in the two restaurants was always delicious and again great service.
Everything was perfect!

Space, quiet, pool, view.

Set in a hillside with many buildings, villas, fitness areas and swimming pools, this is a heavenly retreat. the rooms are lovely, there is plenty to do if you like activities, or you can just relax by one of the pools or at the private beach. The staff, from the man who brings water when you’re lying by the beach to the yoga teacher to the waiters at breakfast are all charming.
It’s rather pricey so attracts a slightly snooty clientele.

Beautiful location, quiet and serene. Staff were wonderful - helpful and friendly. Facilities were well thought out and met our needs perfectly.
Dinner options in the hotel weren’t great - that said location was great for local tavernas.

Everything, atmosphere, views, accommodation, staff were fantastic.
Nothing to dislike.

Everything about F Zeen was absolutely magical! It was like a movie! I walked into the main lobby at F Zeen Raw and the view was just straight out to the ocean and I was honestly lost for words, for someone like me who is lucky to be able to go on a holiday maybe once everyone 3/4 years and financially not always able to have respite, this was so magical and meant so much that I could visit such a beautiful country and stay in the best retreat, I dont think anything could top it! Everyone there is so lovely and attentive, the staff at the restaurants were absolutely amazing! So friendly with amazing memory! They would remember what type of coffee me and my partner liked to have with our breakfast all the way down to the type of chair I preferred! I recently lost my mum a few months back and this was a very emotional getaway, it gave me time to reflect and have some time to process feelings, it’s very much a retreat for wellbeing with a lovely holistic approach I feel, so it gave me some time to just stop and be still for a while. I’m not sure the hotel know how much it meant to be able to stay somewhere like that and I really hope I can stay again in the future!!
There was nothing that I didnt like but only one thing that may bother others is There are a lot of ants outside and we had the raw retreat room with private pool and out there it was ant central! But they didnt ever make it into the room and we were sensible enough to know not to leave food and what not laying around . Ants are expected it wasnt just at the hotel it was most outdoor places! The heat brings out ants and they didn’t bite or cause any harm!

Coffee was weak

Everything. Finally a real 5* hotel with facilities and service impeccable. Maria on reception for accommodating my needs, Anastasia in the spa for two sensational massages, the gym and yoga instructors who all did their job with enjoyment. I will return soon
No faults at all

Clean, friendly staff, beautiful setting.
the sewage smell was awful at times and sadly would probably stop me from going again.

Lovely large comfortable bed. Decor and gardens were lovely. Great classes etc (tried yoga, kettle-bell and jogging).
Breakfast could have been better. The self-service options were limited so you always had to order from the menu. Would have been better to have scrambled eggs etc as available for self-service. Bowls were also too small for yoghurt etc.

I liked the offering of many different fitness classes. There was a choice of three lovely pools and the beach was very attractive. The staff were well trained and friendly.
There was a very bad drainage smell near my room. I felt the food in general needed some improvement and it was expensive for what it was.
