Gut aber nicht so gut wie erwartet.

Das Personal der Rezeption und der Gastronomie war sehr freundlich und extrem flexibel und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück und der Eingangsbereich. Die angeschlossene bewirtschaftete Tiefgarage war preiswert und sicher, das Personal super servil und für die Innenstadtlage sehr, sehr praktisch.

Das Schwimmbad und die ganze Etage mit Gym und Sauna. Schlechte Ausstattung, wirkte in die Jahre gekommen und nicht zum Wohlfühlen. Alte und nur 3 Liegestühle, 2 Pflanzen. Keine Polster, eigentlich nur Pool und eine gute Aussicht.

Great place to stay!

The property is amazing! Perfect location just walking distance from the mesmerizing Av. Paulista, the staff is great, always willing to help, very polite and professional. The property is beautiful and spotless, the room was great and very spacious and the one we stayed in had great views! The breakfast was delicious, with many options from fresh local fruits, eggs, pastries, yogurts, pao de queijo, etc. very inclusive with different options for different needs/tastes.

Estrutura dos quartos excelente, chuveiro e café da manhã deixou a desejar !

Hotel limpo e organizado, ótima localização, quarto super confortável e grande !

O chuveiro é bem fraco, e o café da manhã tanto no domingo quanto na segunda não estava tão bom, tinha casca de ovo no omelete, o mini sonho estava azedo, e os pães muito duro.

Excelente todo ! Ubicación inmejorable, en el corazón de Sao Paulo. Las instalaciones muy buenas, gimnasio super limpio, con todo lo necesario, el sauna muy bueno. Las habitaciones muy confortables y limpias. El desayuno buffet muy completo, el personal amable y servicial. Volvería sin dudas !

El wifi en nuestra habitación no era bueno, funcionaba intermitentemente.

Comfy and Accommodating

The room was comfortable and nicely equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the buffet was well proportioned for every taste.

The bathroom definitely needs improvement. The shower was a moderate rate and not strong enough. I guess they are afraid of guests taking off with the shampoos and conditioners because they are bolted to the wall and hard to pump out any amount.

Very helpful reception, decent breakfast buffet, good coffee, good drinks. The hotel has a very good location. The room was spacious and everything worked.

Good and safe location

Good and safe location a few minutes walk from metro station and about 30 minutes walk to Ibirapuera park. Nice roof pool and very good buffet breakfast. Our hotel room on 13th floor was large enough with minifridge and we slept well in the kingsize bed (there were 2 pillows for each person). I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing for short stays.

It is very central. Easy to find and also easy to get ubers and cabs. Breakfast is good. Early check in and late check out available at an extra cost. Large room with plenty of space to open big luggages on the floor.

The shower is not super clean and that bothered me a bit. Quality of the towels is poor. The bed is comfy but somehow the mattress keeps moving out of the base (weird, I know).

good basic accommodations in São Paulo

it’s a great location and a basic hotel with some amenities. the breakfast is always good.

they did not have wifi service when we checked in and so our card could not be charged for the stay at that moment. instead of making us feel comfortable and letting us go up to our room after a 15hr international plane trip, they made us sit in the lobby for 3.5 hours until we could charge the card to go to our room. any hotel I have been to would have accommodations ready for us and payment would have been done when we checked out or during our stay since it was their fault that the system was down. it was a bad management decision.

Nice hotel but can cause issues with booking/check in- be aware

Lovely hotel, with nice views and very good and safe location.

We booked foe two night and as our arrival time (check in) was after 6pm, they cancelled our stay for the night. We were shocked as no one warmed us. They were nice enough to give us the room early and free breakfast the next day but overall, very disappointed with that. Can cause lots of issues so please make sure you contact them if you plan to arrive late night.

LOCATION, STAFF

NEVER STAY IN A PLACE WITH SO LACK OF WATER ON THE SHOWER, YOU HAVE MORE WATER COMMING OUT OF THE SINK, MOLD IN THE SHOWER AND POOR (TERRIBLE) WATER PRESURE IN THE SHOWER, NEVER EXPERIENCE SO LITTLE TV IN HOTEL ROOM, MY COMPUTER MONITOR IS BIGER, THE BREAKFAST IS ALSO VERY POOR, THEY SHOULD CHARGE SO WE WILL HAVE BETTER FOOD, BUT THE STAFF WAS VERY GOOD AT THE HOTEL AND RESTAURANT. VERY NOISE WITH CONTSTRUCTION IN THE DRIVE WAY AND THE DOORS AND WINDOWS VERY WEEK FOR NOISE OUTSIDE.
