Amazing

Hosts Milan and Olga are very friendly, polite and generous. Whenever they saw us, they always were asking If everything was ok and If we needed anything. They even prepared a lovely heart shaped chocolate box for us because we would be arriving for our honeymoon, even though it was not included in the description. The apartment has this great vista of the Kotor Bay, and an equally beautiful balcony. We will definitely be revisting Radonicic Apartment sooner or later. Best of love for Milan and Olga, and the other guests we met, Martha and Sebastian.

Beautiful view and a great balcony to enjoy it. There's also a private beach with some sunbeds which is a lovely place to read and relax. The apartment was very spacious and spotless. Our host even left some water, soft drinks and beer for us I'm the fridge. The location is ideal if you want to be away from the old town buzz but also have good options of restaurants within a 30 minute walk. There was a shop and bakery nearby so had all the essentials.

Wonderful location and very helpful host!

The Location is excellent -3 steps to water. Apartment is very comfortable and the host is super helpful in all matters! You can Book a private Boat Tour. Kotor is close but hat enough to Enjoy peaceful and Quite evening.Supermarkt, bakery and Restaurants can be reached within several minutes by feet.we recommend 100%

The most beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor. A lovely old stone house, with a secluded courtyard with lemons and pomegranates. Modern and equipped apartments where water, juices, coffee and beer welcome you. Clean and fragrant sheets and towels. Good internet and TV, good air conditioning. Dear and kind, yet unobtrusive hosts. Private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas and comfortable access to the sea.

Everything was wonderful, we will come again!

Perfect stay for a group of ~ 10 friends

We were a group of 10 adults, so renting the three apartments was really the good option. The guest (Milan) was flexible and waited us on our late arrival (00:30) , which was appreciated. The view from the terrace is outstanding. The area is very quite. The equipment in the 3 apartments are good. Beds are OK. We had also access to the BBQ , which was very appreciated. Wifi was good. Everything was good. Kotor is located at 6Kms , which is a nice walking distance alongside the sea, very pleasant walk. Really, perfect place for a stay with friends.

Perfect cleanliness, excellent location of the apartments, very comfortable terrace with one of the best views in the bay, the presence of its own beach 10-15 meters from the apartments. Lack of extraneous noise in the mornings and evenings, which makes it possible to relax on the terrace. Walking distance to supermarket, bakery, restaurants and oyster farm. Dolphins)) Separate compliments to the owner Milan for the hospitality and help in organizing and improving the quality of our rest. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Kotor Bay

First time in Montenegro and certainly won’t be the last. Excellent location. Only few steps to the sea. Clean water. Walking distance to the supermarket and bakery. Quiet but plenty of good restaurants/cafes within reach. Amazing views of Kotor Bay from the balcony. Milan and Olga, our hosts were very attentive and helpful. Fully kitted apartment, clean and comfortable. We will definitely go back.

Everything was great. Just a reminder, make sure you have cash to settle your payment. They don’t have the facilities to get credit card payments.

Excellent place to stay and great for a calm and quiet view of the bay.

Host was very kind and the apartment was well decorated and thought out with all amenities and a great view from the terrace. Lighting was nice and cable TV was included with the room.

You can’t find a lovelier 1 bed apartment in this beautiful part of Kotor bay!

Everything. Beautiful location, excellent accommodation and facilities ( although a microwave would have been great), fabulous Kotor fjord views, great on site service when needed from Milan and Olga. So many positives- our second time there and it won’t be the last.

Only a microwave to complement the 2 ring cooker would be an improvement
