Excellent base for visiting the smaller towns around the Bay, perfect for 2-3 nights.

The apartment was beautifully fitted out with all-new appliances and facilities. We loved having our own outdoor space to come back to after visiting the small towns along the coast. The air conditioning was a welcome reprieve from the heat! The hosts could not have been better and more accommodating. The flat was perfect for us!

The view from the terrace is magnificent. The apartments and the surrounding area are furnished in a very tasteful manner. All compliments go to the hosts. Warm, helpful, polite, high class. The pool was a miracle for our little one to freshen up from tbe heat of July. 5 mins to a small supermarket and beach.

Relaxing

Very nice view, quiet place. Hosts are hospitable and helpful. Overall comfortable and cozy room with everything you need.

Not much to do in november with rainy weather and only one restaurant open. Found a few insects.

Amazing hosts. Even did our washing and dried and folded it. Very kind, weren't pushy for payment, very friendly. Apartment is great, facilities great, everything very clean and the view is class

Cozy apartment with fantastic view

Location was great. Quite area at the end of Dobrota. Easily accessible from Kotor and Perast. Immediate access to the sea and nearby restaurants. Check out Kanoba Barba restaurant. Good food & reasonably priced. Hosts were nice and accommodating. We were offered a bottle of wine for free. Would recommend for 2 nights stay.

if you sleep on the first floor - ok)

the room on the ground floor is amazing.

uncomfortable bed, the drain in the shower does not work, the bathroom is constantly flooded with water, it is not possible to take a normal shower. They charge money for using the washing machine.

Very comfortable stay with exceptionally welcoming and helpful hosts.

The room was comfortable with a great view. The location was excellent, very close to the water and restaurants. Our hosts were extremely helpful, they organised our covid test tax certificates as well as bought us bus tickets to go to Dubrovnik and drove us to the bus station. We can highly recommend this place.

We got more than we expacted

The hosts were wonderful and extremly supportive. The hospatility was great. The pool area is inviting you to relax and the location is 5 min walking away to the best waterfront area of the bay.

The room/apartment was really big with a terrace with splendid sea view of Dobrota. The Nickevic apartments are conveniently situated nearby the principal road (with one pedestrian exit to the main road) but calm and relaxing at the same time as the rooms are situated at a higher altitude and further away from the road. The small piscine with a terrace in the back, was very clean as well. The parking was easy and safe inside the premises of the property. There were two small shops to buy things to eat some minutes walk nearby. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. We were there for one night and we stayed for two nights. It was easy to visit Perast and Kotor, 10 minutes away by car. It was a real good surprise for an apartment in Dobrota, really a good value for money. We would highly recommend this establishment.

Very comfortable apartment, great host, highly recommended.

The apartment has an excellent view of Kotor Bay from the terrace. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. Our kids had a great time in the pool. The hosts were very friendly, accomodating and fulfilled our requests. There is a market nearby and restaurants are just a short walk away. Kotor is about a ten minute drive. Parking is on-site, secured and easy to manage.

The view, the view, THE VIEW. We were incredibly spoilt with this. The apartment was a really good size for the two of us (I believe it slept more which may have been a bit of a squish) but it had everything we needed for a fantastic six nights. The pool area was beautiful and incredibly clean, and our hosts were very friendly & helpful, giving us a cold beer on arrival which was greatly appreciated after our first drive in Europe! Only a €5 taxi from Kotor Old Town, which our host was very kind to organise for us (once we knew who to phone, it's easy to do this yourself!). And did I mention the view from our balcony?

The bed was a little hard for me, but that is just my preference!
