The room was very clean and everything you needed was supplied. Excellent food and staff very friendly. Couldn’t fault value for money, would highly recommend
4.2
The room was clean and the bathroom was lovely. The food was exceptional in the evening and really good value for money. That was a really nice surprise.
The beds were VERY soft and the noise of people going in and out of their rooms was quite loud.
4.2
The room was spacious, clean and well decorated
Although the pub had wifi it could only be accessed by the bar. There was no signal in the room or in the dining area. This was a serious weakness
4.2
Very good breakfast with lots of choices.
Bright clean room. Ample supply of tea, coffee, milk.
Nothing to dislike.

We have stayed before, so knew what to expect. It was a great English breakfast. Ample parking & area to entertain friends. Close proximity to Clarks Village & High Street. Staff all friendly & helpful. We had a very early start on our last day & were able to request a packed breakfast delivered to our room early morning.

Didnt know what to expect but it was a very nice hotel
Food was lovely evening meal & breakfast.
Had a very nice stay.
Only thing was was bar shutting early didnt understand why.

The staff were friendly, down to earth, and very welcoming...
Sophie, Carlos and the team were all warm people..

Excellent Full English Breakfast! The inclusion of sauté potatoes - genius! Good selection of preserves. Super breakfast venue gazing at a fireplace possibly from Glastonbury Abbey in an atmosperuc oak-beamed part of the Inn lookiing over towards The Meeting House in Street. Pleasant and attentive staff. Brilliant location - and a pub that serves Exmoor Gold. Relaxed atmosphere and a real sense of Somerset.
The high sides of the bath in my room which meant due care and attention when showering but a minor inconvenience only in a comfortable room with a great bed.
4.2
Clean and comfortable on your suite room.
Very helpful staff, took our bags up to our room for us.
Cooked breakfast had quality, local ingredients and was outstanding.
The two flights of stairs to our room.
4.2
Great location. Lovely place to stay.
Clean great breakfast and friendly staff.
Only thing was we had a disabled room, which was lovely and spacious but for able bodied people sink was to low and you hit your head in mirror when bending down to sink. Otherwise exceptional.

It was really kind of the staff to change our room to a ground floor room when it became clear I might struggle with the stairs. The breakfast is lovely

Staff were amazing but very mouldy and needing a good deep clean in the bathroom and bathroom window. Very tired especially wallpaper sellotaped to the wall!
Breakfast was amazing and plentiful - place is cheap and cheerful which is reflected in the price I think.
Mouldy bathroom

Room was spacious and warm and very clean. Shower was easily adjusted and powerful enough. . Mullions is well placed in town, close to Clark's shopping complex. Breakfast was good and not too early. Service was prompt. Car park was usually spacious. Mullions is an interesting building and we would've liked to know more of its history. Why the well imbedded in the bar?
Most was good but we would've liked two comfy chairs in the room and a pot of coffee for breakfast rather than having to ask for repeat cups.

A beautiful building in a perfect location. Very friendly helpful staff. Quiet. Lovely bed and en-suite. fabulous breakfast
A little spruce up with the decor wouldn’t go amiss
4.2
Very comfy for us and my dog.
Clean modern bedroom with plenty of space.
Absolutely superb dinner that we bought separately and fantastic included breakfast.
Such tasty food and a creative menu. So refreshing.

Been going for years - staff are always ace!

Staff was polite and friendly with superb breakfast . Would definitely use again.
Bar closed at 10pm on a Friday night, but plenty of other places nearby for a drink.

Warm clean room / good breakfast
I was in room 19, which was very noisy from the road, needs double glazing
4.2
Very clean. Tea and coffee provided. Good quality linen.
Very basic. Small tv that didn't work properly. The furniture was cheap and seemed handmade. Two of the lights weren't working, although the main lights were fine.
There was no hanging rail to hang my clothes up in the wardrobe and no bin for the coffee sachets/teabags etc in the bedroom.
Sadly, although I appreciate it isn't under the control of the hotel, my view out of the window was of a row of overflowing wheelie bins.

The staff and food were amazing.
Just a few items were a little tired but in no way detracted from our stay
4.2
Decent sized room for one person travelling
It would have been good to have cutlery in the room to eat in the room out of hours.

friendly staff good breakfast
noisy not very clean tired room

Staff were great and served us breakfast in the morning early...
4.2
Convenient for where we wanted to go
Furnishings outside of room were poor... threadbare carpets.
Food extremely expensive for what it was and meal took an hr to come out after ordering. No apologies from staff for delay in food
Staff constantly coming back into restaurant to inform people what they ordered had run out! Staff had no idea what food was available.
Continental breakfast poor. Staff at breakfast were miserable
Room was nice but extremely cold when we arrived and didn't improve so we were cold overnight. No extra bedding in room to make more comfortable.
Tea and coffee in room well stocked but only one tiny pod of milk so only one could have a drink on arrival..... had to go back to reception to request more.
Very noisy..... no soundproofing so everyone walking past room sounded like an elephant. Doors to rooms old and not very good..
4.2
The breakfast was fantastic, the staff were very nice.
I stayed in room 20 it needs a freshen up regarding the paint and woodwork. The bathroom needs silk paint instead of a Matt finish. Maybe blackout blinds as the street lamp outside was coming through the net curtains. But overall the rooms are fantastic value for the money.

We really enjoyed our stay. We travel to the area a few times a year it has been the best place to stay so far! The hosts were extremely pleasant, the room was a good size and very clean and comfortable with plenty of electrical outlets. WiFi worked well, TV was a bit small, but we were still able to use a Firestick for streaming on it. Breakfast was also very tasty, will definitely be returning. On site parking and locality to Street was very handy.
There isn’t much we didn’t like, if anything it would be nice that there was an actual breakfast menu in the room, with one of us having dietary requirements it would have been easier to decide what to eat before going down to breakfast.
