We absolutely loved our say here. We loved the privacy, the serenity and the peace of the hotel, the staff were so attentive and so incredibly friendly, the food was divine and we had access to so many activities in the area. Our favourites were bike riding, jet skiing and the little private ocean bays. We'll be coming back again in October :D.
nothing =)

Warm and superb hospitality, beautifully appointed rooms and situated in a beautiful location in Costa Rica.
Our stay at Andaz was 99.9% paradise. For 100%, I would have love to have a dance party night.
4.5
The location inside the tropical forest, animal watching, the beaches were beautiful, specially Nacascolo. The activities offered were very entertaining , the staff was very nice .The property is beautiful and the golf cart service was very usefull, also the shuttle service inside Peninsula Papagayo
Although there are multiple choices of food at Rio Bongo, the food was not the best. On the other restaurants the food was fine and delicious
3.0
A nice location , nice pool facilities
Ostra restaurant is great food
Enormous extended resort , large walking distances to breakfast and pool facilities
Overpriced for the expected comfort level of a 5x resort , such as extra cost for simple things like a cappucino at breakfast

Very nice, contemporary architecture.
There are 2 available beaches. They are not nice. The one you tech by walking is very small and there are sea urchins so you need shoes. No umbrellas and very basic beach loungers.

It’s overpriced and not really worth it. Rather pay that much and stay at four seasons
Presentation was generic .
3.0
clean and outdoor and modern
not many places to eat. Lack of food diversity

The hotel’s location on Penisula Papagayo is spectacular.
The checkin process was a bit disorganized. Because they were busy at the time of our arrival, we were escorted from the gorgeous open air lobby to an enclosed conference room. I was immediately disappointed. A 5 star resort should have a process in place for managing peaks in guest arrivals.
4.5
Amazing staff, beautiful property, great amenities
food quality was not consistent across restaurants

charming place, promotes a relaxed time for everyone in there
3.5
The view was incredible. the rooms are nice and updated. most of the staff is helpful
construction everywhere. it’s loud and you can’t avoid it. definitely takes away from the experience ans with the high cost is frustrating. Also there seems to be a focus on weddings which is interesting. lastly because you’re so far from anything the resort only really offers private boat guide rentals which is pretty expensive. go down to the beach tho and rent a jet ski and it’ll be worth it.

Idyllic hotel nestled in the trees with a gorgeous eco-friendly design. The breakfast buffet was absolutely to die for. The entire staff were incredible. The beach and free activities were awesome.
Nothing!

Our stay at Andaz at Peninsula Papagayo was incredible, from the grounds & facilities to the wonderful people working there, everything was amazing. The beach club and other available amenities in the peninsula were also really good, being able to take advantage of all those was essential. The views are great and we loved how well the hotel integrates with nature and topography. Lot's of fauna around the hotel too! We hope to be able to go back very soon!
