Very good location, very nice hotel

Location is very good and the staff was very helpful, also in changing the date in short notice. There is private parking available (to be payd extra, though)

Breakfast was overcrouded due to couple of groups being served, we had to wait for free table

Exceptional

We had absolutely wonderful stay in Český Krumlov, it's a lovely hotel in the city centre, with balcony above the river and a phenomenal view of the castle. It's a quiet old building (a former water mill) with surprisingly spacious rooms and a good energy, we slept really well, and everything there was spotless clean.

It's not easy to get there by car as it's located in the pedestrian zone, and the streets are narrow, but luckily, the hotel provides the entrance permit.

Next time again this hotel

Very good location with the possibility to park directly at the hotel. Very friendly staff. Cleaned room, good breakfast Nice view from the room. To the river and castle

Without possibility to have lunch or dinner but it’s logical because the hotel isn’t placed on main street. The restaurant would be without guests. There are a lot of possibilities in Český Krumlov where to have lunch or dinner ;-)

there wasn’t anything for vegans in breakfast (but I’m used to eat as a vegetarian out of home so it was ok).

bed was a bit hard but that is to be expected in Europe.

Charming old school hotel with a great view. Centrally located

The breakfast was amazing. Location is great if u get a room with the palace view. Otherwise, it's quite an inconvenient walk if you have luggage from the car park to the hotel. The location is great if you're traveling light. The rooms were charming.

The hotel is located in the center. Very good price. Parking at the hotel. Good breakfast. Just don't trust Google Maps to find your way to the hotel. The hotel is located in the city center with very narrow streets and a lot of one way streets.

In general, the experience in this hotel meets our expectations.

The staff and the reception is very kind and polite. We are very satisfied with the river view from our room. The breakfast is simple but great.

There would be great if there is some curtain for bathing such that the water would not be split on the floor. The other issue is that the temperature of the bath water is hard to control, either too hot or too cold.

It is a good one if you don't drive and park at the hotel.

Very nice staff, friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good, it is generally a good hotel for stay.

The hotel is besides the river, but is very difficult to reach by car (the main street is in a much higher place. It took a lot of time to go around the city and downtown. Packing place has a very narrow entrance. and the room we booked should have a review, but the window is so small and our direction to the river is also not a good one. Additionally we stayed at the 4th floor (3rd floor for German), it is the roof floor, and pitched roof is not so comfortable for me.

Good price, good nights

The hotel room was quite big, well air contiditioned. Especially, the included breakfast was very satisfying in the morning. I was looking for cheaper options prior to coming Cesky Krumlov and this hotel the cheapest but much better than its price. I won't search for any other hotel if I'll go there again.

Very helpful and kind staff; great location; comfortable room; private parking in the middle of the old town; good breakfast. We have a very good time here, we will come back ;)

Disappointed as expected more comfort from a 4 star hotel.

Good location - close to restaurants, sights and the river.

Basic for a 4 str hotel. No restaurant. The bar was reception. No distancing with breakfast tables. Breakfast choice was extremely disappointing and uninviting.

Pleasant

The view to the river is nice, nice pub on the first floor, breakfast is not bad.

The room is quite small, I would not recommend it for couple.
