Around 10-15 minutes walk from 2 train stops and supermarket.
Accommodations in a small villa with multiple rooms/houses.
Our apartment DEPANDANCE was one room building on the premises of the villa next to the entrance gate. It consists of one bedroom with small kitchen area and own shower and toilet. Kitchen included all the essentials for cooking with bought ingredients. Nothing special but enough for overnight stay and then exploring during the day.
Drinking water provided by dispenser in common area.
Coin operated washing machine also in the common area is a big plus.
Nice sea view from top floor terrace.
Hosts living directly in the villa.
Random fireworks at around 01:00 one night from some neighbors, but hopefully it is not usual.

The location was excellent, five minute walk to Leopardi station. Nice sized room with a private terrace. The views from the terrace are exceptional, Vesuvio one side, Sorrento and Capri the other. Plenty of clean laundry supplied
The kitchen area was poorly equipped. No sharp knife, not even a wine glass

The kids play area was nice, and the proximity to the train station was great. The patio has a wonderful view of the bay. Communication with the host was good, also.

Good outdoor space.
We were put in an annex which felt like a cell. Small with a metal door. Room badly in need of a refurbishment. Didn't see a member of staff on arrival or on departure. Maybe guests in the main hotel receive a better experience

Gerade view from the Terrasse , Quite Place with fresh air. And exellent dinner recommendations !

An amazing view over the Gulf of Naples! No lift, so there were quite a few stairs to climb, but the third floor view was beautiful. It is a very secure place with easy parking. It’s not close to much but it is convenient to much! The coastal train between Naples and Sorrento stops just down the street. (10-15 minute walk).
It is a very basic room, with a small kitchenette and a bathroom. The supplies are very minimal. While I was there, the laundry was out of order.

the rooftop with the view
super uncomfortable bed which gave us all very bad backache
rusty equipments
loud environment and the windows with no acoustic qualities
the place is very basic filled with cheap stuff
comfort gets degraded

The check in video was very helpful, and good directions. The park, car parking, and location were excellent.
The ceiling paint would chip and fall on our bed. I appreciated that we had a broom in the room.

Wifi Was great. Location was Good.
SHOCKING, Stayed in 2 other places before this JAIL. others was perfect. It was a Shed Converted. Pictures online don't really show how it looks. its last 3 Pictures. Shed is Called. DEPANDANCE. there is a name on every building. Had dampness on walls. Mold also. i had to run heater all night to keep it warm as first night i could not sleep.. Mattress are Old and USED to Death, Single Bed is unusable. Gas HOB did not work. no Kettle or Microwave. TBH it was Like a Jail. Terrible. Stay away.. Told the Owner when i arrived. ignored my Messages. i never left bad feedback before. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The location is great if you have a car at your disposal. It offers free parking in a large yard that looks like a camping with citrus trees all around.
There is also a small but nice exterior playground, that our kids enjoyed a lot.
The check in process was neat and easy (online, sent all info from the comfort of our home, we received clear and friendly check in instructions).
The studio we had was relatively large, proper for our family. The kitchen had basic equipment, that did its job decently. I appreciated we had spare trash bags and minimum cleaning ustensile.
The studio was clean and well maintained. Good wi-fi.
Overall we had a good experience and I recommend the villa, but one should be aware of the downsides I mentioned below.
There is a nice terrace upstairs from where you can see the sea and the city. I am sure the villa gives a much better experience during warmer seasons.
The studio had extremely poor insulation and the room door was a joke (a metal door through which we could constantly feel cold air invading). We stayed at this villa at the end of January and we had some pretty cold days when talking about southern Italy (even a bit of snow). The first night it was really cold. The room does not feature any radiators and heating is done through air conditioning system that needed to be kept on most of the night. The noise was bad but had to put up with it because the room got cold quickly after turning the AC off. Also, there was no heating in the bathroom. Not such a big deal for the adults, but it was unpleasant for our two small children. The room grew warmer the following days but still had to use the AC fost most of the night.
Pillows were low quality, but the mattress of the large bed was nice and comfortable.
Very little natural light (there were two small bathroom type windows only).

I would give a 10 just because i am a bussines owner myself and know what to harm someone in rating is,but definately they need to improve in all directions ! Happy new year !

it’s spacious, things work, parking nearby and it’s organized.
noise at night. Sometimes dogs barking at night right in front of our room, caffe machine noise right in front of our door.

The owner was very helpful with tips where to find restaurants. Best of all i forgot my jacket as I had to go to the airport in the middle of the night. I contacted him and he was so kind to box the jacket and hand it over to a courier I ordered. Many thanks again for doing this favour to me. Everything worked out fine !
Shower was cold but maybe because it was in the middle of the night.

A huge private terrace with a direct view to Vesuvius and a wonderful side-view to the sea and Naples. Other apartments had an even larger shared terrace and could enjoy a direct view of the sea. The view alone is worth twice what we paid! :)
The apartments are spacious, bright, equipped with all the necessary equipment. Excellent quality of wi-fi, large free parking, simple and comfortable check-in/check-out. The host is easy reachable. Location is perfect for visiting Vesuvius, Pompea and Herculanium. Incredible value for money! Thank you for a great stay in Italy!!

The host met us
This is not about the property, but about the area overall. In general - very beautiful sea, but all the beaches are private and pretty dirty and required 1 hour driving to find a good one. The city is quite dirty as well as the whole Naples region.
As for the apartments, the parking is located in the backyard, in the garden. I think they water the pants with some chemistry, so that the car was all in some strange spots that were very difficult to clean.

Friendly and nice owner. Room cleanliness. Close to the train station.

The price was the main reason we chose this place as we just needed a bed for the night in transit.
Very clean, the shower worked well.
Air con was excellent, WIFI was good too.
A nearby pizzeria run by Enzo (il pulcinella) was fantastic for seafood and pizza. Great prices and fabulous owners.
No soap or shampoo in shower.
We had the Country room and it was in a really strange place, I didn't feel very safe there as you had to meander through a bit if a maze and you seemed to be in someone else's property. If you have a lot if luggage the ground is uneven and has lots of cobblestones and rough bits.
There was no real window to look out of, there was one high up in the ceiling almost, my husband had to stand on a chair to close it as people on the floor above us could possibly look in.

There is a very big (common) terrace where we have a 180° beautiful view on all the Napoli Bay. Another (common) big terrace offers a view on Vesuve. Our room was direct on the terrace, we met some other guests and that was a nice experience.
The risk is that the other guests would be too loud and/or not nice. Hopefully, that didn't happen to us...

We were sleeping in small moldy gardenhouse. The experience wasnt even close to their pictures. Location is like ghetto around. Pls just dont!

The terrace was perfect - with stunning views of the sunset over the sea and mount Vesuvius.
The place was clean and the host Antonino was very friendly.
Quiet and friendly neighbourhood close to the train station!
The shower btw was so good - hot shower plus very powerful
Overall, would recommend for those looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet during their stay in the area.
Shared External Toilet with no dedicated key to the bathroom. (The room key was also the bathroom key).
