A home to stay in, away from the hectic tourist vibe of Sanur.

Putu was terrific. He manages the villas and as the villa is hard to find, he came and found us along the roadway then guided us in to the villa. Easy to communicate with, he helped us organise our activities and great insightful advice. He works hard to ensure guests have a great experience. The villa has a ‘lived in’ and comfortable feel to it, and guests are provided with everything they would require (including effective insect repellent!) Great layout and actually quite spacious. We were able to park our car within a gated safe area.

The lounges outside are unable to be used. The are designed in an odd way. You can’t easily lay in them. Need to be replaced. We were a group of three, but the outdoor seating was for two, as were the lounges. More outdoor seating required. Sensor light for the gate needs to stay on longer, to make it easier when locking up in the dark.

We stayed for 10 days - location was great.

Breakfast not supplied but there was a lovely little Warung around the corner - great meals, cheap cocktails & beers - reasonably close (walking distance) to lots of shops, restaurants & the beach.

Good kitchen for preparing breakfast. Nice safe location not far from the main strip in Sanur. Cleaned every day by a nice lady. Good air conditioning.

The pool was murky and un inviting even after attention from pool guy. The property is very tired and needs some serious renovation work. The outside shower didn’t work. The bathroom stank of sewer water. The location is close to two construction sites which were noisy at times. Not the owners fault but be aware. The neighbors dog barked most nights. There’s rats in the roof. Not good value for money.

Wonderful, will stay again if possible!

Beautiful property, clean, convenient. The owner had some very thoughtful touches like some cold drinks and fruit on arrival too which was lovely.

The pool wasn’t super clean but that may have to do with a storm and nearby construction at the time of our stay.

this villa is a gem, the owners have really thought about what people need - adaptor plugs, all the kitchen utensils - it was a GREAT PLACE to spend Nyepi and is in a peaceful part of Sanur.

Quiet and private place, well appointed and clean. short walk to Sanur restaurants and bars.

Really good place, private area. plenty of room and 2 ensuite bathrooms. Quiet area. Happy to return in the future.

The lane right at the villa was difficult for cars to access but drivers coped ok. not a big issue.

the layout was good, great to have your own pool and comfortable.

cupboards in kitchen smell very damp. bath towels could use updating.

great location , the villa is comfy and offers value for money - it could do with some maintenance

size was perfect , location awesome and quiet

the kitchen cupboards had mold and a strong smell, no electric kettle (had to boil over the gas ) , appliances (microwave and toaster need replacing as do the cutlery ,the kitchen was too small, certainly not enough power outlets in the lounge and kitchen, the pool light didn't work, the bathrooms could do with some maintenance such as a repaint and mold removal. not enough cupboard space in each of the bedrooms - only enough space in each room for one persons clothes

Beautiful and quiet. Comfortable bed, slept like a baby. Very relaxed and refreshed.

Had everything we needed. Friendly staff that were happy to help or be called or provide local knowledge. But kept their distance otherwise.

Good location to loads of great restaurants and beach 10 mins away.. nice size villa with good facilities..

A bit noisy, with renovations across the road and screaming kids next door.. You are among family homes..
