Amazing stay

Everything, - beautiful, amazing , friendly and perfect location. The rooms were beautiful with everything we needed, the pool was clean , gardens pristine, great location right on the beach. Friendly staff at the hotel and the cafe made it feel like home.

We had fun walking the beach front and into the main shopping strip. Then relaxing by the pool.

Check in at 7pm it was a little Hard to find reception as no one was around.

Delightful gardens and beautiful pool, incredibly peaceful and convenient location.

stunning gardens, incredibly peaceful despite being a moment's walk from beach and restaurants. Brilliant location. Room was immaculately clean, cold air con and very comfortable beds. We slept very well in a quiet location.

bit of maintenance needed on the room - dodgy plug and leaking basin.

First time in Bali

Small and quiet, very relaxing, only steps to the beach and a wonderful cafe. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

seulement 6 chambres. Très calme. front de mer, mais piscine bien protégée des regards des passants par rideau d’arbres. Un endroit comme on les aime. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas plus copieux. un 2e plat de la carte serait le bienvenu. On le prend sur la plage au bord de l’eau, ce qui est très agréable.

Beautiful decor on the beach

The property is lovely. Its really 2 villas and they rent out individual rooms if whole property is not booked . It's a walk from street to property.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. Breakfast is vouchers to a coffee shop/restaurant on the beach outside of hotel. In theory the coffee shop will deliver but that doesn't work well.

A piece of paradise in Sanur

The staff were absolutely fantastic. Krisna came in on her day off with flowers that we ordered for a friend's birthday and the staff decorated her room beautifully. Nothing was too much trouble, even allowing us to keep our bags and use the pool after checkout while waiting for our flight. The location is perfect, close to many great cafes, restaurants and bars which can be accessed by the beachside boardwalk. You don't really have to go out on the busy main road at all. Loved that this was just a small complex with only seven rooms, so the pool area is not crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in a small hotel with very nice staff in front of the beach. Delicious breakfast!

LOCATION was great! Just in front of the beach, with a path beside the beach to walk, with many restaurants around, access to chairs with cushions, delicious breakfast. We really loved this small little hotel.

Everything was great but the only small thing is that the bed was soft and I personally prefer a bed with harder mattress.

Very pleasant and comfortable spot

It’s tucked away in a lovely lane in Sanur but straight out the front gate to the beach. Lots of different spaces to choose from to relax.

Wonderful helpful staff, super comfy Villa, lovely location.

The breakfast was simple and fresh, and the location for breakfast was excellent with a choice of beachside or within Villa grounds. I loved the elegance and well maintained grounds of the Villa. The Villa I stayed in was was meticulously cared for. The staff went out of their way to assist with any queries, requests, and offered wonderful recommendations.

Sad to leave

The location was within walking/bike riding distance to lots of excellent restaurants. The traditional bungalows were beautiful, clean and large with huge bathrooms too. Surrounding gardens were stunning. It is a smaller resort with only 7 bungalows making it a very peaceful retreat. Loved every minute here.

A sheet on the bed would have been good as sometimes I got too hot under the thin doona.

A Gem on Sanur beach

Beautiful cozy property with nice pool, huge room and luxurious bathroom. Comfortable beds, serene view. Loved that the bathroom had separate shower and toilet cubicles, 2 sinks and a tub! Food from Crema was delicious each time. Friendly and helpful staff. Strongly recommended!

Beachfront luxury

This is a delightful small hotel with just eight rooms and friendly, attentive staff (8am-8pm only). We had upstairs ocean view rooms - worth the hefty tariff. The rooms are spotless and the pool & gardens were well-tended. The gate from the beach is truly 'instagrammable' and the breakfast place is right on the sand overlooking the reef and lagoon. It is also a pleasant place for lunch and offers room service.

It was so popular we could only book for two nights.

Perfect, peaceful and less populated! Great choice!

Wonderful location, on the beach but more private than other resorts.Super friendly staff in the restaurant on the beach! Fabulous boardwalk out the front stretching in both directions:::no motor bikes or e bikes allowed. So much more chilled than other areas in Bali. So many restaurants to choose from.Beach not sensational like those in Australia but good vibe and very safe! Would return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful grounds - like staying in an oasis, wonderful pool, beachfront, very spacious and clean modern room/bathroom, comfortable lounge areas, very helpful staff esp as we were there during Nyepi

The food is a bit hit and miss, though breakfast was nice with fresh juice and fruit

Lovely villa and compound but no outlook from the room and a dearth of service

The room was huge, clean, well-equipped. The bathroom was outstanding. Location right on the beach - you walk past the pool, through a small gate, cross the beach walk and there you are. Pool was lovely with good loungers and shade. Also lots of space in the pool/garden area to sit on canopied sofas

My room was booked with garden view but this isn't the room I got. It had two windows looking directly onto a wall two feet away and no outdoor space. So it was gloomy and not a nice place to spend time. When I arrived the place seemed devoid of staff. I had to go out onto the beach to locate someone to get me a beach towel. This might be because the villa has no catering inside; it relies on a cafe on the beachfront, for which you are given a voucher for breakfast. So it was like staying in an unserviced apartment rather than a hotel.

a week in paradise

it is our 4th stay at Villa Pantai Karang and we love everything about the property!!! location is fabulous, staff are delightful and the rooms are very comfortable.

we had difficulty with television but that really didn’t matter!!!
