Very comfortable hotel in the heart of Battambang with a fabulous pool

Spacious room, very comfortable bed, lovely crisp cotton sheets changed every day. Bathroom with big walk in shower. Huge buffet breakfast with so much to choose from to suit western and eastern palates. Egg and noodle station for freshly cooked items. Lovely pool open from 6am to 9pm

Pobyt przejazdem na jedna noc spoko.

Wygodne łóżka, w miare czysto, dobra lokalizacja.

Hotel w Chińskim stylu, bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać całą dobę wodę w rurach, sąsiadów z lewej i prawej. Na gorze ktos kaszlał, też go słyszałem. Pokój w miarę czysty ale sporo małych mrówek. Oświetlenie zimne nie jest zbyt przyjemne. Śniadanie to bardziej dania obiadowe ale coś można wybrać. Na jedną noc przejazdem możd być. Na dłuższy pobyt poszukaj czegoś innego. Nie idź tam na masaż! Jest tanio ale jaka cena taki masaż. Masażystki traktuja to jak spotkanie towarzyskie i rozmawiaja cały czas. Nie wiem o czym rozmawiały ale miały dobry ubaw. Masaż to widziały na youtube i to tylko jeden raz. Najgorszy na jakim byłem w życiu.

Nice stay at classy, to discover Battambang, the swimming pool is beautiful, and breakfast buffet huge.

The hotel is nice, and impressive, however, some few things could be fixed (shower was leaking,..). Just a bit old school

Clean & close to town.

Great location. A short walk to the old town. Swimming pool was wonderful after a day of touring around.

Hard to sleep due to lots of noise coming from floor above. Not sure what it was but it went on all night for 1st and some of 2nd night. Hard to sleep.

Terrible. Go somewhere else.

Nothing. Over rated and over priced.

Staff couldn’t find reservations for an hour even though i had booking.com confirmation. Had to call booking and they couldn’t do anything. Room was dirty. A small rodent kept pooping in random spots. Had to close all luggage. Staff said no more rooms. Booking.com did nothing to help. Ended up staying one night and leaving 2 days early. Loud music played all night outside hotel. Beds where very hard and uncomfortable. One room had ac that barely worked.

Location is good and staff is friendly.

Seems that the best days of Classy are gone. WiFi is weak. Breakfast room too small when a group of people takes breakfast at the same time.

I will be back and I will stay at the Classy hotel.

Pool is nice, but if you bring friends in it was extra charge per person......Breakfast is good, I wish they had more fruit and juices. Room was good but need an extra key so the AC can stay on .....

Staff are useless. Asked to see duty manager, no duty manager. Call manager then. They don't have phone I am told. So obviously managers of hotel are only people in Cambodia who do not have mobile phones. Very poor customer service.

Classy Hotel is a safe bet when looking for convenience, cleanliness, and an overall pleasant stay.

The hotel is clean, the breakfast has a large variety of Asian and Western foods, and the staff are super. The location is especially excellent for the appointments I conducted in the city. The pool is large and well-maintained, too.

A company did some annoying loud-speaker advertising about 100 meters away, but fortunately they only did it during daytime hours. I did not experience this in the past when I stayed here, so I assume this was not the usual.

Nice luxurious stay!

The pool and gym were great and it was not too busy so nice and relaxing. Good breakfast buffet too.

The rooftop restaurant was not as good as we expected - we decided not to eat there but somewhere nearby.

Fabulous location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast!

With its very rich wooden architecture this hotel was in the perfect location for New Year’s Eve, as Battambang’s NYE party and fireworks was right outside. The rooftop restaurant is spectacular with a 360 degree view all over the city. My Tuk Tuk driver took me on a personal tour each day to see for example how sticky rice and rice wine was made. Fabulous breakfast options and you can eat by the pool! The staff are very friendly and helpful. 10/10.

A wonderful experience

I tried to break a $100 note at reception . They said cause it’s weekend can’t do. Not good enough for a 4 star place.

I like the facilities

A bit problem inside the comfort room water on the floor is quiet slow to drain. Water inside is not totally hot. confused about check in and check out it i was charged for 1 day. But its okay i had a nice time.

Loved the hotel but hate the noises from the loud speaker.

Lobby a bit dark need more light. And the prayers was going on and on a loud speaker all night. We did not get a good night sleep. Because of the loud speakers. So sorry for the people that live here they have put up with the noise all year round.
