Fabuloso si quieres algo tranquilo donde relajarte, bien en pareja o en familia.

La comida en general muy buena, pero sobre todo la atención de l@s camareros y la recepción. Muy amables, atentos y acomodaron todas las peticiones que tuvimos.

Echamos de menos que el bar no estuviera abierto hasta más tarde de las 9. Por otro lado, la playa aunque preciosa, está cubierta de algas nada mas entrar al agua, así que parece más decorativa que práctica; aunque tampoco es un gran problema, ya que las piscinas están muy bien.

The pool at the first room was good.

Our room was musty smelling, mold on two pictures, fan outside patio door was broken and we were afraid it was going to fall on us; air conditioner was broken; the refrigerator did not work AND the curtains on the patio door was not long enough to cover the window so all the workers that came to the property could see inside while I was naked. To top it all off there was only ONE employee that was nice and professional. The manager we spoke with did comp us an extra night when requested and moved us to a new room, however, they didn’t clean the pool or the patio so we couldn’t use the pool at the new room😠 after spending over $2000 for 3 nights. Not to mention I was so embarrassed with the other guests in our party since I picked and planned the trip.

Quiet and Cozy

It’s the perfect spot for unwind. Quiet and Cozy.

We had a bad moment with a girl attending the front desk. Our room want’s clean after the first nite, they have a policy of not changing your bed sheets and towels after the third day that’s ok !

Beautiful hotel and breathtaking sight worthy of a visit but sadly with bad service

Beautiful hotel and the rooms where amazing! with a breathtaking view and gorgeous natural environment.

The service, the main manager was great and solved any problem without hesitation but unfortunately the rest of the team and assistance was quite bad and slow, sometimes they didn’t give you what you had ordered or needed, the cleaning staff even left the dirty towels on top of the dinning room and the floor was always dirty like they didn’t mop at all, we also had to remember them to leave toilet paper. But even though the service it’s quite bad the hotel it’s beautiful and they should improve their staff because it’s worth staying and with that improvement they can definitely compete with any hotel from the riviera Maya

Not worth it if you want to visit and explore the island. Unless your looking to escape everyone and stay at the resort.

The location's hard to access, but the view was worthy and amazing, the peace that you can feel at this hotel it's something unique and the pool and beach are breathtaking. the service of Frankie and Nestor (bar and restaurant) were outstanding

relaxing amazing mini vacation in the most beautiful Island

property is amazing ,great location very clean and the staff is amazing they are very welcoming make you feel like home they exceed our expectations . Hotel was fully booked but was very quiet .

one thing didn’t like and this is why we gave them a 9 is the water in our Villa was brown with a copper smell and toilets didn’t flush right.Don’t drink their faucet water use bottle water to drink brush your teeth.

Bad services

This place itself was so beautiful.

The reason I put bad rating is that they didn't refund 30 usd for shuttle to the airport even though we canceled it one day before, which does not make sense. You'd better not to pay them in advance for any services, bc they will never refund it once it's checked, as very typical Honduran places.

The property was beyond beautiful but the staff is what made it exceptional especially Mackenzie who worked at the bar. He gave recommendations to the island and went above and beyond especially because I had my son a 9 year old. it was safe and I had no worries

This should be your first choice for a peaceful relaxing break with an amazing view.

The location is idyllic and peaceful, the food options were tasty and plentiful and the staff especially the duty manager were extremely helpful. We will look forward to our next visit as its an excellent homebase from which to explore the island.

Due to the recent reopening there were some issues that occurred due to new systems and staff re-learning process and procedure after a long absence from guests. However the Management Team were attentive and more than amenable to going above and beyond to resolve issues and leave the best impression.

Excellent attention by the staff, felt very welcomed from the first day and they really went above and beyond to make our stay great. the beach was beautiful and maintenance to the grounds was done every day to keep the beach clean and beautiful. the day we were leaving a hurricane was coming into the island and the owners were kind enough to offer us an extra day if our flight was cancelled. can’t wait to come back

My rate included breakfast and it was amazing every morning, a la carte menu. Staff were awesome, Karim, Peter, Christian, Chris, Iris and Karen all went out of their way to make our stay wonderful.

The only down fall is the beach is not up to the same standard as West Beach, for example but was told they are going to bring in white sand and groom it the not so far future.

A gorgeous property, impeccably maintained, but ruined by sand fleas.

Beautiful property, incredibly maintained. Rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. All of the staff were so kind and accommodating.

While the pools and beach were wonderful, the sand fleas (no see-ums) were so bad you could not use them. Additionally, the ocean was filled with sea grass making swimming off the beach unpleasant.

A beautiful hotel that just needs to iron out a few problems getting up and running

In a nice quiet location, the hotel is pretty and apart from the occasional birthday party was relaxing and peaceful. The room was spacious, airy and clean, the bed was comfortable and the towels fluffy.

There is quite a bit of construction work on site, though in the main this was not disturbing. There were quite a few niggles though.. problems with the wifi which were initially blamed on my computer, the television not working and the water pressure for the shower was weak. While the food was very good in the main, I did get food poisoning on the last day.

Excellent. Favorite place on Roatan.

Definitely worth the extra money. I was looking for a nice, very comfortable hotel when overnighting in Roatan. Found it. Love this place. Not for everyone, but the luxury and spacious rooms are just such a welcome treat after a day of travel. Staff is amazing and very friendly. I was in a bad mood when I showed up and the lady at the front desk turned my attitude around I instantly…that and the insanely beautiful room and view.

Add a port or a single malt scotch to the restaurant. Oban would be excellent.
