Super hôtel à Bangkok

Bon emplacement dans un quartier animé et vivant. Plusieurs centres commerciaux aux alentours. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le personnel très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner vraiment top. On reviendra.

Perus hyvä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.

Henkilökunta oli hyvää. Ostoskeskus Terminal 21 on lähellä.

Uima-allas ei ollut käytössä ja sitä ei mainittu varaustani tehdessä. Se olisi vaikuttanut majapaikan valintaan. Lisäksi tilaamani taksi aamulla lentokentälle ei koskaan saapunut paikalle.

Great location, super kind staff

Hotel has great location in Sukhumvit, close to public transport. Staff is very kind, they help in any ways they can. I needed a room change and they were super nice about it. Room is spacious, clean, bed is very comfortable. Wifi works well and the roof top bar is quite fun!

Higher floor rooms are more quiet, ask for this if you are a light sleeper. In the bathrooms, instead of small shower gel/shampoo, they could have big jars - would be more sustainable.

את רוב הדברים אהבנו

הזמנתי חדר לשלוש מבוגרים והחדר היה מוכן רק לשני אנשים. רצו להכניס עוד מיטה נוספת על חשבון הספה והשולחן שהיה ושהחדר יהיה יותר צפוף ולא נוח . המזגן לא עבד טוב . והיתה נזילה מהברז . חוץ מי זה הכול היה מושלם ואהבתי את המלון .

Not worth for the money I payed.

Breakfast was good but the waiting for our table took us a while.

Since it is a five star property it needs to be maintained much better because the towels at the were like rags and there were so many loose parts inside our rooms for example the bathroom cealing was dripping, intercom were not working are few of the things.

朝食のブュッフェは品数豊富でとても美味しかった。受付のスタッフの対応は安心でき、快適であった。

施設内に入っている中華料理店は高いだけで、味付けも料理自体も満足できないものばかりであった。部屋のシャワーの排水が毎日詰まっており、浴室や部屋のテーブルなども清掃されてないのが残念であった。冷蔵庫上の机はベタついており、拭き取りしたら飲んでいないコーヒーの香りがしていた。前の宿泊客が出た後の清掃もされていない事が明らかで非常に残念な気持ちになった。

They didn’t prepare a towel in my room I requested I had to wait for 2 hours and for this I have to call 3 times and receive 1 call They didn’t apologize and just passed my complain to their room service team Their valet parking service sign was showed but it didn’t worked without any message and very hard to enter into parking floor for construction corn

La propreté de la chambre (de la poussière sur la tête de lit et la vitre de la chambre sale) Le petit déjeuner est varié mais la qualité n’est pas au rendez-vous pour un établissement 5 étoiles Le personnel n’est pas efficace quand ont fait une demande (réception, service étages, restauration)

The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment during my stay. However, I was disappointed with the room cleaning service. Despite bringing it to the attention of the staff, they consistently overlooked cleaning the table, washroom shelf, and pantry top. There were even noticeable white spots due to regular use, which were not addressed. This lack of attention to detail was quite disappointing. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and I enjoyed exploring the different options available. However, the Indian food corner was a big letdown. Simple dishes like poha, sambar, and fried rice were prepared poorly and lacked taste. It was evident that the chef handling the Indian cuisine lacked the necessary skills to prepare authentic Indian recipes. Unfortunately, this subpar quality persisted throughout my stay, with each day's offerings from the Indian corner being equally disappointing. Apart from the Indian food corner, the breakfast buffet overall was satisfactory. The coffee was good, and there was a diverse selection of breads and other items to choose from. However, it was disheartening to see such a significant disparity in quality when it came to Indian cuisine. In summary, while the Radisson Hotel in Bangkok has a great location and spacious rooms, some areas need improvement. The room cleaning service should pay more attention to detail and address issues promptly. Additionally, the Indian food corner in the breakfast buffet needs significant improvement in terms of taste and authenticity. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works towards enhancing the overall guest experience.

Excellent place to stay in Bangkok- big recommendation

Aamiainen oli aivan loistava. Breakfast was excellent and service as well. Hotel situated in a very good position. It was easy to come from the airport via train and metro. Finnish Sauna in hotel was excellent. Plus good gym and nice pool in the middle of Bangkok. Most like will come back to this hotel later when visiting Bangkok once again.

Could not use chrome cast due to reason that Wifi is asking username and password;-)

The lobby is nice. The staff are usually helpful. The check in took a long time for cleaning.

The breakfast was nice but it didn’t have much variety over my stay.

The shower area was moldy so that was a big turn off.

ロケーションが良く、マッサージや食事に出かけたり、BTSやMRTに乗るのも便利だった。見晴らしの良い部屋だった。朝食のメニューが豊富で、３泊したが、日替わりで内容が変わっていた。各国のレパートリーがあるのは良かった。チャイが美味しかった。

５つ星ホテルにしては、古く、床に傷が見られた。室内清掃で一度使用したタオルをそのまま置かれていたため、交換してもらった。タオルもだいぶ使い古されたものでヨレヨレだった。朝食のオムレツは美味しくなかった。

A sequence of unpleasant surprises

Good location, very central with easy access to shopping, dining and transport (BTS Asoke). Breakfast selection is very good with a lot of different themes (Western, Indian, Japanese, Chinese). Everybody will find something he likes. Generally very friendly staff. Both lobby bar and rooftop bar had very attentive and friendly staff as well.

Let's call it an unfortunate sequence of unpleasant surprises, or maybe it was simply bad luck. The first room asigned at check-in reminded me of a hostel room. Rusty drainage in the shower, mouldy ceiling in the bathroom, etc. So I got a new (upgraded) room. Safe didn't work they checked and had to unscrew it and substitute with a new one. The next morning, the false alarm woke us up at 6am. (horrible noise) The alarm itself can't be blamed on the hotel, but rather on a stupid guest who used a waterboiler in his room... the managers comment: "6am isn't so bad, I get up every morning at 5am and at least we know the alarm works".

Beds are very comfortable.

Hotel needs maintenance. The pool decking needs repair/replacing and the room we stayed in smelled like someone was chain smoking in the bathroom even though it was a non smoking room. The bedroom floorboards also needed fixing. For the price we payed for the junior suite, this was not acceptable.

Not perfectly 5-star but excellent value overall

- Mostly a 5-star atmosphere and comfort level - Helpful & supportive staff - Central Sukhumvit location - Well sound-proofed, great night’s sleep

- wifi was very stable but extremely slow for 5-star hotel in Bangkok - TV channel lineup was not in sync with online guide. Very few English channels for 5-star international hotel - The pool deck was in disrepair and needs remodeling, very shabby look for such an otherwise beautiful hotel.

Die sehr bequemen Betten, die Zimmerausstattung, die Lage und Aussicht von der 23. Etage, die Ruhe im quirligem Sukhumvit, das opulente Frühstück. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, Service und Frühstück.

WLAN nicht gut. Das ständige Wiedereinwählen ins Internet nervt sehr. Problem ist bekannt und soll nach Aussage des Personals bald behoben sein.
