Cosy, warm, comfortable and very well equipped including wi-fi and parking.
Nearby road noise at night and early morning.

The cottage was lovely inside. It was immaculate with attractive decor. It was warm and cosy, and very well-equipped.
Disappointed that it backed directly onto a main road.

The place is superb, so comfy and relaxing for the four of us. The host has thought of everything, simply every creature comfort as at the Dairy. Often in places like this you have to go and buy kitchen towel, or matches, or ice! But everything was there...plus Netflix, Disney+, condiments, ice, games, towels and so on.
Lovely set up, comfy, gorgeous place.
Really minor but the mattress was really soft, possibly too soft, and the parking is tight for the Dairy as there is only one space, but the other properties were accommodating with us.

Location as it was an easy walk into Cromer.

Fantastic space for a family - great to have two bathrooms. Easy drive into Cromer.
Road was a little noisy, luckily not too warm so didn’t need windows open. Bed was a bit soft for us.

The Dairy is a delightful place to stay whether you're just visiting Cromer, or venturing further afield. We stayed during the coronation weekend, as we were visiting 'Folk on the Pier', but we did drive out to other locations too.
The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen area is well stocked with cutlery and crockery. There's even a dishwasher should you need it. There is comfy furniture in the sitting room and a lovely small courtyard garden. A bathroom plus an ensuite shower room were also a bonus.
The Dairy sits right next to the main Norwich Road, but this wasn't really an issue and certainly made trips out easier.
We would definitely stay at The Dairy again!
As mentioned in the plus points, the only slight downside was some traffic noise, but this didn't detract from the overall pleasant experience of staying at The Dairy.

Well equipped, clean & comfortable. Some great walks around Cromer and Northrepps, the information at the cottage helped us to choose our routes. Only a 20 minute walk into Cromer town centre where we enjoyed a cooked breakfast in the morning and a Thai meal in the evening. Recommend The Foundry in Northrepps for Sunday lunch, but book ahead as they are very popular.
Nothing, liked it all!

The Dairy truly beat our expectations and looks even better than the photos show it. You have everything you need for your stay, no need to take towels, washing up liquid etc, everything was included. The smaller touches just made the holiday complete, a range of toiletries, information on places to go, places to eat, books, games for the children. The seating is comfortable, more than enough cutlery, plates, glasses etc. There honestly wasn't anything more you could need, we were that impressed that we have booked it again for the same time next year, although we will be visiting several times this year as a couple. The owners have excelled themselves and should be very proud
Nothing, it was perfect

Lovely cottage, perfect for two couples .The downstairs twin and upstairs double bedrooms were
spotless and really nicely decorated. The property had both an en suite shower room upstairs and
a downstairs bathroom with full bath. Both really clean and well decorated. The downstairs
bathroom had an abundance of body and hand lotions which was a nice touch.
The open plan living area let it down slightly. The room could like amazing if they lost a couple of tired items ie dark curtains and rugs , awful dining chairs and an old side table and lamp.
The kitchen area however was lovely apart from maybe too much of everything, the cupboards were
heaving with crockery and utensils but there was no space to store our own food items apart from in the fridge.
The outside space was a lovely little courtyard with the only fault being an old shed that was in
need of 'putting back together'.
People have mentioned road noise and yes, it is close to a busy road but it's below road level so
you can't see the road only hear it, but it didn't bother us at all.
Overall this is a lovely little cottage in a lovely courtyard only 20 minutes walk from Cromer and I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend to others.

The cottage was beautifully presented in a gorgeous courtyard. It was incredibly well equipped with a wide selection of books, games for children and soaps! We only stayed for a couple of nights but it would make an excellent base for a family holiday in North Norfolk.
We were not given any information about how to get into the property by booking.com. As no information was given we assumed there'd be someone there on site to let us in. We had to phone a contact through booking.com (hoseasons) to give us the key box code who had difficulty finding our booking despite giving relevant information- not a great start to our stay. A shame as the property and attention to detail was great.

The accommodation was extremely well kept, clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable staying there for a family weekend away.
All lovely but it would have been good to have a brighter light on the front path for when coming back in the dark.
