The location is good in a pedestrian Piazza, but two bars share the Piazza which can be noisy.
The front desk is only open from 2 to 8, so no leaving luggage or check in before that time.

Son cachet, un certain charme
Hôtel étriqué, parking éloigné pour bagages, escaliers en bois bruyants et absence de sortie de secours

Access to downtown was quick and convenient.
Would have liked additional blankets already in the room for the pull out sofa

Excellent location, attentive service

The location is excellent. The apartment was very nice.
Parking is about 300 meters away and is not included in the roonmcharges.

I loved the location, because it was in the middle of the night life and also of the city. The noise was not loud, because you do live on a higher level of the night people.

Staff was friendly room was cozy!!

The location is great, within walking distance to the main square and close to numerous great restaurants.
It's located in a piazza with a few bars that stay open late, so you may hear some late night revelers.
1.5
The location is good and central, staff is polite.
Even though the staff was polite, they didn't spend an extra minute explaining to us about our room.
We had NO HOT WATER in the room! There is a card that switches electricity on and off. As we didn't need electricity at night, or when we were leaving the room we switched it off. And we ended up with NO HOT WATER to take a shower.
Stuff just assumed we would know this. But, we didn't, how would we?!
The pillows are terrible as well - cheap, crumbly, way to soft, and uncomfortable.
The location is good and central, but for 90 euros (in March!) I would expect much better service and comfort.

Central location
It was not a ‘Boutique Hotel’. It was more like a Hostel. Our room felt unsafe, being isolated and opening directly onto a public place where people gathered late at night.

Super Location in the Old Town. Many Restaurants n Bars around.
If its a weekend the piazza outside can get crowded and noisy

Location is fabulous, easy to walk anywhere.
Location is fabulous BUT it is in the first floor above a small square where weekends are very loud. Parking is a trouble. Size of the room is not adequate, bed is short and narrow, not king but rather smaller queen size.

Location is great, in the middle of the old city part, close to everything.
The room was probably a little shed with a big door from the street, which now serves as a window. Room is completely exposed to the street level, so even slightly open curtain exposes everything in the room to every street bypasser or people sitting at the tables just in front of the room.
The restaurant serves customers just in front of this door-window way into the late night, so feeling that you live in the middle of the busy restaurant.
Would have never been able to sleep without very good earplugs, but even they were nor sufficient enough...

The flat is in a good location if you want to look around in Triest downtown. Comfortable beds, nice interior.
It was very difficult to get access to the flat as the streets nearby are closed from car traffic and the staff did not inform us about it in advance and later it turned out this was not a temporary closing but it always happens in the summer. But it was ok that the receptionist was waiting for us beyond check-in time as well.
4.5
The location is great, particularly for a midnight life, in front of the Arco di Riccardo. Although I thought I will have problems with the noise around for falling asleep, but not at all, rooms seem new (reshuffled) and windows insulated very well outdoors noise.
The front desk lady was very kind, and informative, always open to response your inquiries and give you recommendations of places around. Nice experience!
I found almost no electrical outlets in the room, I had to use the one from the lamp... or the one from the restroom. It won't be a problem when you do not rely on many electronic gadgets.

Very well located, centric, in the heart of the beautiful old town. . Cute room, nicely furnished. Confortable beds. New bathroom. Friendly host.
Nothing. Just be aware that the Brbacas square is a very known meeting point for young people, so it can be noisy at night. If you stay in the dependance (a side street) then is quiet.

Overall it was a sweet stay in the heart of the old Trieste. Superb location with all the wine bars restaurants pubs in a walking distance
