Rien! Fuyez!!!!!
Les équipements délabrés, l'insalubrité des lieux, l'insonorisation inexistante
7.0 / 10.0
Posizione, corte interna, phon, gentilezza
Materassi, scale rumorose, no sapone/shampoo, no finestre apribili

walking distance to city center
it says parking, but in fact we have to find a parking place in the streets around ( which is free).
The equipment in the kitchen are very limited ( no bowls, 2 or 3 services in total, etc...)

The place was near the center. Apartments had nice architecture. Personal was great
Fan was broken, it’s pretty noisy outside. The worst this was dirt and it was clear that the room needed a general cleaning

The cleaner, a certain blond Italian lady, was good almost to a fault. She had a rich array of interpersonal skills and was always there for me when I needed anything.
I didn't like the paint on the walls of My apartment ( apartment 13). It was rubbing off on one's body. The bed too, was not comfortable, as my body hurts.

Garden.
There was no soap or toiletries.
Wifi was very slow
Very noisy, bad insulation, we could hear neighbours quite loudly
9.0 / 10.0
they asked for pets prices which wasn’t written in description and when I said that they asked once again then no more when I ignored
2.0 / 10.0
The courtyard and the spacious living room are the only things worth about it.
There was no wifi connection inside the loft , no bathroom utilities like small bottles of shampoo or soap and there was only one thick blanket for the king size bed which in the winter at night means everyone else is freezing with or without the heater on. Other than the initial messaging with the property we couldnt get any response from them about the wifi the blanket or the bathroom utilities BUT THEY DID HAVE HIDDEN FEE'S. In the booking page our total came at about 88 eu but they made us pay 98 eu for no apparent reason.

You can park for free in the street of the accomodation.
In 15 minutes you are in Turin city (walking).
The host speaks Italian and a little bit of French. English was difficult.
The room was nice! You have your own balcony to sit.
7.0 / 10.0
The possibility of having a kitchen to cook and privacy of the accommodation
Accomodation was cold even with heating (molto freddo outside)

The staff was amazing! Very helpful and receptive, they extended my stay multiple times without any issue.
apartment not in good condition. it would be great if very basic kitchen essentials are provided, like salt, oil, etc. It’s slightly below good value for money

The accommodation is located in a quiet place and at night you can sleep well
The first apartment given to us was horrible and super dirty! Really disgusting and unbelievable that on booking you still find this low standards without nobody checking the quality. I have pictures to prove everything. After complaining with the receptionist, he gave us a better one. The second apartment was much bigger but still dirty and badly kept.

the court yard is beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the sun.
the stair case leading up to the apartments is very noise because of the metal covering. it's an old building so it's noisy which is fine, but this is something that could easily be fixed to improve the silence in the court yard at night.

Good location to visit Turin.
Cleaning and some maintenance actions should be improved.

The flat is ok, good size, quiet location, a walking distance from the centre. Although there aren't a lot of kitchen utensils but it's enough for two people. We had an unpleasant incident there but the host was really great about it and solved our problem promptly.
It would be good if there was a kettle and also some washing-up liquid and a sponge to wash the dishes. It was ok for us as we stayed there in mid-September but it will be really hot in summer because there's no air conditioning.

Near the center
Room or apartment number 3 use to be some cind of store or shop, there is no window there are some that use to be big shop window, beds are polish bed, curtains where not cleaned in years, disaster!! Door for entering in room is outside the facility. No WiFi, nobody didn't wait for us, keys where in post box.

The location and free parking on the street. The staff was friendly.
In apartment no 10 is no wifi. There is a very little privacy. The apartments was very used. Some equipment wasn’t working.
8.0 / 10.0
Location is the biggest advantage as it’s just 15 min away from the city centre. Then the room size and facilities were also good.
Would say cleanliness was the only negative aspect as the room and bathroom were not cleaned to high standards. However all was decent
8.0 / 10.0
Courtyard / patio.
Window in bedroom could not be opened, only on courtyard side > not easy to air the apartment.
Kitchen utensils very basic. only limited cooking possible.
