Déception pour le prix

L’emplacement

Difficultés à entrer. Plus de trente minutes avant d’entrer en hiver très froid Très très très mauvaise odeur. Bien mais beaucoup beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. À un prix raisonnable ça aurait été bien mais j’ai payé 325$. Pas de débarbouillettes, presque pas de couvertures, oreillers médiocres, sofa en décrépitude. Très peu de vaisselles Difficultés à avoir du service en français.

Great for the price! Super convenient.

Location was great! It’s so central to a lot of areas worth exploring.

It was under construction so it was very loud. I also found a tick in my bed, and I’m not sure I was charged the correct amount for the stay

Disappointing

the beds were good

no answer from the staff when we asked for more items in the flat, the kitchen was missing a lot of everything, some work in the buiding. There is not a lot of surprise, quite a good deal compare to other places and we had the possibility to upgrade. The main point is very hard to contact someone when you need something and the buiding is not so clean.

Nice place to stay.

It was near a bus stop. There were appliances including a small fridge. The host left a lot of information about the area and ideas for transit, etc. There was nothing fancy about it - but it had what you would need (except maybe a coat rack.)

It would have been nice to meet a person when I arrived - especially since I timed my arrival to coincide with the time I said I would arrive. I was not expecting a code box. (What if something had gone wrong and didn't have access to the codes?)

it had everything we needed

it was very noisy and loud. we constantly had smokers outside the patio doors all night long and were loud. we also witnessed a street fight at 6 am the morning we left, February 12, 2023. there was 5 young men and they were trying to throw a young man into traffic. this happened outside the front entrance while we were leaving. These same individuals were also roaming through the loft all night long. it was very scary for me.

Location Available Parking Front Desk Agent tried very hard to help me with my Wi-Fi, which I appreciate

No in-person check-in, I had to call in order to get assistance Wi-Fi didn't work I heard other people in the building being too loud after 11pm

Charge me twice. Big rip off. Charge me 154.01 For one night. Then charge me 172 dollars for So-call early check in without any notice. Be careful when you book!

Good size, good value. Nice decor. Keyless entry.

Was not very clean, garbage left from previous guests. Some doors did not open and close properly. Shower was missing pieces, flow not great. Tv didn't work, missing remote, crooked on the wall. No fitted sheets, missing sheets.

Great place to stay!

everything! clean, new safe.. perfect! except the air conditioning. but it was more then 30degrees on that day.

only the a/c. wasn't strong enough. but it was a really warm day.

Not recommended!

Dishonesty of the owners. They 'offer' parking on their lot costing $35 while typical city-owned 24 hour permit costs only $12 and, what's more. you can park at no charge right in front of the unit.

Please do not book this basement unit

First of all there were 2 bedrooms and 1 living room and all of them had 1 AC unit, shared amongst all, worst of all. Since this was basement unit, the road outside was visible from inside and out, curtain to that room did not cover entire window. Bathroom and specifically the sink was so tiny, it can fit a kid's hand, as a result water kept spilling out. Most of the door handles were about to drop, loose enough
