Overall peaceful vibe
Poor maintenance in some areas especially the pool where I was lucky not to suffer serious injuries when the rusted out pool deck collapsed

I can’t comment on this property as they moved us to another property due to the pool out of action
unsure if they purposely book you at Villa then move you to Residence due to them being over booked

We did not book this hotel. I think they own it but it was not the one we booked. Therefore we didn’t have the correct address and when we tried to come home after our first night out the tuk tuk driver couldn’t find it because it wasn’t the address we were given. There were no fangs in the room as booked and the air con was rubbish until they came and looked at it. Having said that, it was a nice hotel and the pool was incredibly beautiful, much nicer than the one we booked.
Not having the right address. No fans in room. bathroom not very private the way it was designed.

Pool and surrounding area. The breakfast area. The staff were fantastic.
The bed was rock hard. Not just firm but hard like a timber floor

The pool and pool bar was perfect after a long day of touring temples. Our family LOVED the pool bar! The fried spring rolls were AMAZING! The breakfast and dinner options were really good. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. Can NOT beat the price!!!
There were quite a few mosquitoes in our room often. The air conditioner was a little weak. The room was a little outdated.

beautiful hotel! ornate and lovely with infinity pool and swim up bar. rooms clean and big with canopy bed, shower hot and hood pressure with fast Wi-Fi. they provide Tuk Tuk pick up and drop off plus nice breakfast and plenty of information plus laundry services. staff was very kind and the value couldn’t be better! was about 10 minutes to pub street and river by Tuk Tuk, don’t miss the floating villages and restaurants too.
lots of
kids and thin flooring made it a bit noisy and pillows could be better!

They have a very beautiful pool area, and nice staff, our driver to Angkor wat provided by the hotel was a very friendly person and provided great service. The Khmer kitchen tasted very good
One night a staff accidentally opened our room and woke us up. The western food isn't always up to a great Standard.

The pool was amazing. The room was big and beautiful. The service was fantastic all round :) cocktails were also really good here!
Not much I can say here, everything was great.
3.5
Staff was really nice and tried to solve all problems.
Pick up service an drivers were also reliable and trustworthy.
Pool looked also really nice, we never used it though.
We were moved to a different hotel due to renovation. Then our air-con unit didn't work, so we moved into a different room every night until it was finally fixed after the 3rd night.
If you don't like frogs or gekos you'll have a problem they are all over the walls. Only outside the room though, inside we only had a cricket, nothing more. However, we couldn't enjoy our balcony with pool view due to it.

The food was good so we ate there for 3 nights. Service was very slow but staff were always keen to put any complaints right. The pool looked great but a very noisy group of men spoiled it for everyone else. Staff were so kind that I don't think they wanted to stop them...they had been in the pool most of the day drinking. This did not bother us much as we spent whole days out sightseeing.
As above...noise in the pool. Our check in took a while as we were told we hadn't paid. We had and had proof of that. It was however sorted and apologies were given. Then later it all happened again!! And sorted again! We missed out on having a free plate of fruit...usually I wouldn't say anything but this time I did mention it...and what was lovely was that after a meal in the restaurant a plate of fresh fruit was brought to us.

The room was huge and the pool view was amazing.
However during our stay our room were located at level 3 and we had walk up the staircase since they are not equipped with an elevator with all the luggage which we brought along.

I absolutely love my room and the setting of the villa, green garden with stunning pool.
There is a restaurant next to the pool, serving great cocktails.
