Exceptional

Liked that we were able to get 2 rooms that are joined by a bathroom in the middle.

That we onr got it for one night. We really enjoy staying there every year for my birthday.

comfortable & convenient stay in Cómala

convenient riverside location. we stayed in a king suite & king standard room. in the suite, the bed & room were very comfortable. good tv reception & options. the bed, tv reception & options in the standard were adequate; not as good but I guess that’s a good reason to upgrade & made the suites in the more recently built section an even better value. on site parking the peacock was a pleasant sight

not much to complain about.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Nature on the River, the excellent king bed, location, while there was one hitch it was quickly & courteously resolved by the exceptionally helpful staff. And the peacock ! And the breakfasts were great.

Wifi was patchy in our room. Not a biggy for us.

Very disappointing stay, we left a day early as a result.

The river view at the restaurant was nice. Good wifi. Friendly staff.

This hotel and its parking lot looked like a construction zone. The hotel floor tiles are being replaced causing constant drilling and hammering noise until after 8:00 pm. Load music from the restaurant could also be heard until the restaurant closed. Amenities such as drinking water, glasses, face clothes and hangers were not available. Restaurant staff arrived at 7:00 am and the noise started up for the new day. Very disappointing stay, we left a day early as a result.

Very satisfied with place

Breakfast was and has been very good. We have had breakfast there at the hotel the last few times we have stayed.

Wish they had warm water in the shower :)

They had some construction going on, but other then that the place is very nice and a good location
