Very poor

I booked with booking.com the price was low.but though it was a deal. Travel all the way from pv to day and across Colima. Got here after the booking was confirm and checked emails to see if there was a price issue nope. Got the to places and was refused entre.daid the money not been taken bollocks I have proof of it and he turn me away.not even a sorry or offer a discount. What kind of people are they.make you think about the other reviews.

The way booking.com and the owner treated me. Booking .com took my money.not my problem if it's a mistake.bookinh .com and the owner should of worked something out. The advertise price at booking is the price not my mistake. Come on what about my refund and inconveniences payment. Thank you both for nothing

It is so easy to walk through the village from the property that we would stay here again.

The shared garden space was a bonus. We traveled with our dog, and it was nice to sit in the garden with her.

The courtyard was awesome and rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly.

Nothing major. It is in town so some noise from dogs and roosters but nothing we didn’t expect.

Poor

Awful experience. They run 2 of my credit cards several times without my consent. My bank called me from the States, and I had to cancel both suspecting fraud. I booked 3 rooms for my son weeding. The rooms were ok. The staff, especially the Lady manager, she was in bad humor practically all time.

Bad customer assistance. They don't have any training for international customers. They ruined 2 of my favorites credit cards. Pay cash if you decided to stay there.

Amazing stay in this cozy property close to everything

Incredíble! Cozy, quiet property just blocks from the main plaza. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic!

We are looking forward to coming back again next year.

Not not did we find the hotel excellent but their accompanying tours through Admire Mexico, with Jupiter as our our guide, also exceeded all expectations. Muchas gracias a todo por todos.

Great relaxing stay

The owners were kind and helpful. it was an easy walk to the main square. We took a tour with Jupiter, so it made it an easy starting point. it felt very safe and it was fun to use the outside swing bed. their cleaner was amazing.

The windows to the streets had shades, but the street light still came in. if you are a light sleeper it might bother you.
