Wonderful house and location

Loved the house! It was beautiful! Lovely and great space for everyone to be comfortable. The only thing I would’ve liked is maybe some blinds to cover windows for the loft and master bedroom. The sun comes in bright and early! Other than that, we loved our stay! Thank you very much!

Place was great and very clean. Steven was a great host and made us aware of what was needed to enter RMNP. Hope to stay here again someday.

INCREDIBLE property with every amenity imaginable. 5 mins from Rocky Mountain National Park AND downtown Estes Park. Amazing views, just everything perfect. You will not regret booking this.

This place was absolutely amazing. The view from the deck and hot tub are insane!!! The host gave the best recommendations and contacted us well in advance about getting timed entry for the park - we can’t thank him enough! The house has everything you could possibly need to have a lovely stay in Estes. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in the Rockies at this cabin. You can tell the owners love it as it has a lot of heart. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and location was perfect to enjoy the park without the chaos of downtown. Would definitely stay again. The owners and manager were super attentive and very helpful in the planning of our trip.

We were so blessed to stay at the McCranes cabin in Estes Park! The accommodations were perfect...we had everything we needed and more! The views are spectacular, the hosts were welcoming and helpful, and looking at the stars from the hot tub was something out of a dream. For our first time to the RMNP area, it was an experience that we were so grateful to be able to give our kids. We can't wait to come back!!

Very nice mountain cabin in a very private setting. Great views all around from the deck, comfy furniture and furnishings.
Well equipped kitchen for cooking meals and a great hot tub. Would recommend this property to others.

We had a wonderful stay for our first family visit to RMNP! We enjoyed the large, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and great views from the deck! Had a nice soak in the hot tub as well. Kitchen was well stocked.

The good: Great home with beautiful views. The great room/dining area really works for the family being together. The host communication and attentiveness was great.
The bad: Running into constant frustrations of not knowing the where, what and how could easily be eliminated with a guest book.
The ugly: previous reviews about the kitchen appliances from a couple of years ago are still an ongoing issue. Arriving to a refrigerator that was room temperature and an oven that wouldn’t stay on was quite frustrating when we planned to cook most of our meals there. The tvs worked sometimes, the hot tub was not properly chlorinated.

Our family of 5 had a great stay here. Plenty of room and beautiful scenery all around the property. This was our base location to (short) drives to the RMNP. But I must say that our favorite things on this trip was soaking our sore muscles in the hot tub and just star-gazing off of the large balcony. The home had all of the amenities we needed and beautifully decorated. And to bookend our stay, a deer buck wandered onto the land and sat in the shade of the mini cabin to see us off as we pulled out of the driveway - amazing!

Clean cabin with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Fit 8 of us comfortably. The shelves full of books were a great surprise! Views from the porch were amazing. We'll be back!

Such a lovely place! The windows, light, and views are amazing. Very comfortably furnished. We hope to stay again sometime.

Great setting for our quick family trip to the mountains. Easy to access everything that Estes Park and RMNP has to offer. Plenty of room for our kids to unwind after the day of excursions.

The house was clean and well stocked. It was an ideal mountain setting with spectacular views and had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, great for our family group. Beds were comfortable and the nights were very quiet. Location is close to Rocky Mountain National Park and an easy drive into town for restaurants and shopping. It snowed a few inches while we were there so AWD was helpful. Wifi was good for staying in touch with home. No reservations about recommending.

Our stay was great! We have 4 small children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We messaged the house manager and she got back to us right away! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a youth sports event in Estes and this was perfect place to stay that was close to town but felt rural. Great views of the mountains and very well stocked!

Property was nice and fulfilled our needs. All enjoyed the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and lots of room for all.

This cabin was fantastic. It's not as remote as the exterior picture suggests but it is up on a hill overlooking town with incredible views. Only a short 5 min drive to town.

Wonderful cabin with beautiful views! Beds/baths on 3 levels was a great layout for our group. Would definitely stay again!

He house was super nice with all the amenities. Kitchen was well stocked and the host was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure everything met our expectations.

This cabin is in a great location. Our only real complaint was that there are many windows you cannot open, including both windows in the master bedroom. The screens are broken, and bugs come in. The owner is aware that the screens are broken, as there is a note taped to the wall stating “please leave the roller screens alone, they no longer re-roll.” It is very stuffy and hot in the master bedroom. There are post its and paper taped all over the cabin, even stating “be careful with our barware.”

This vacation home was even better than described. There were 360 degree views of the Rocky Mountains while still being in close proximity of Estes Park and the Rocky Mountain national park entrance. The home was absolutely beautiful, clean, well furnished, comfortable, and relaxing. Our family uses VRBO all over the country and we would describe this rental as an "Angel Property"....i.e. a property that exceeds expectations and we would seek to rent again. I am so sad we had to leave because we wanted to stay longer. I would highly recommend this property to a family of 7-8.

This home is amazing! The property is very well appointed with everything you’d need from home. The property manager checked in on us after we settled in to make sure all was ok. Super responsive with the few questions we had. The owners checked in after a day or so as well. Close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP entrances. Such wonderful views!! We would definitely come back!

Great place to stay. This was our first VRBO! What a great experience for rookies for sure. Check in was seamless. Manager had given us instructions a few days prior. The property was amazing. Was a little overkill for just the three of us, but awesome. We felt right at home, everything we needed was there. Ridiculous views, deer in the yard every morning. Daughter loved the upstairs room. Spa was a nice bonus. Rained on us while we were in it one night. Would have loved to stay longer.

So hard finding a place with all king beds. The views were amazing and place was just as described. Some slight cobwebs, and a few dead bugs but not anything to really complain about that’s the only thing I noticed. But very happy will definitely look here for future stays, owner was very accommodating adding an extra day just a month or so before we checked in.

Great views, wonderfully crafted home, great communication with the manager! Kids had so much fun with the snow fall and was an amazing time for us adults to getaway!

We had a great time with the family! Amazing views, fireplace and hot tub! Kitchen was well stocked and it was so close to town we could go to Estes everyday and have time to enjoy the cabin

Stayed 3 nights. Nice location, close enough to Estes and RMNP but still "out of the way". Very peaceful. Great Views.

Our family of four spent a long weekend at this Giant Track home. Perfect spot as it’s perched above Estes Park with incredible views. The home is less than ten minutes from RMNP, five minutes from a small well stocked grocery store, gas station and several restaurants and a few minutes beyond that downtown Estes Park. Two days during our stay a herd of elk trotted 20 yards from home heading down Giant Track towards town. Very impressive. If you forget to bring a book, and can stay awake after hiking all day and then having a beer (or two), no problem as there are probably 500 to choose from plus some board games. The property was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was the perfect size for our family. Steve (owner) and Chris (manager) were always very prompt with any questions we had. Finally, it was fun exploring the property which backs up to the Roosevelt National Forest. We unsuccessfully tried (so very close) to get the top of Giant Track using two different routes - chalked it up to the snow/slippery conditions. Just gives us another reason to return.
