We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room and shared bathroom were very clean and tidy. The host was super friendly and helpfull. Would definatelly recommend this place and stay here next time when coming.
4.1
Lovely place and very nice host!
We enjoyed being there.
4.1
Upgraded to room with two balconies and water views since they were not occupied. Appreciated that! Met us at the train stop and walked us to our room for check in. Appreciated the recommendations.
Wish there was coffee available in the room (only tea and decaf coffee).
4.1
Lovely host, great shower and bed etc, everything we needed!
Uphill walk difficult at peak heat!
4.1
we were met at the train station and our host called for a porter to help with our bags while we walked to the apartment, that was very helpful as it is a very steep walk. the apartment was very clean and the terrace had a wonderful view.
4.1
The room was very comfortable and clean. It was hard to find but had a pleasant little patio area to relax.
The room had a serious ant problem.
4.1
The host was super helpful. He advised us on places to visit and the trains to take. He provided the parking right next to the place of stay. The room was super clean and very accessible to the train station. I would recommend it to the future travellers
The geyser for the hot water took a lot of time to heat the water. I think this can be replaced with a new and a faster one
4.1
very clean
very hard to find through Google maps

the yard is full of plants and near to sea, very quiet and beautiful with three different type of bedrooms as well as living room.
a little bit hard to find the location

Accommodating host. Fridge and ac in room were good.
Location on google and booking maps are not correct, address listed on booking is. It was further up the hill. Not a problem in the end 10-15walk with bags (uphill) just wasn’t expecting to it.

Fine for one night stay.
4.1
Super friendly host, really comfortable room. Location is incredibly peaceful
The hike from the train station to the property - no really, it’s a tough one, even with small suitcases
4.1
Quiet air conditioner.
Booked a room for one price - needed to pay extra for a mistake. you need to climb to get to property. a bit far from the centre of the town.

Luciano is very nice, the apartment is big, and very clean!
the AC and the two terrasses was great !!
you have to climb to get there . the arrival was tough with the suitcases
4.1
Good size room, bed, and huge shower.
Bed could be more comfortable but pretty normal for what I've found in Italy.
I also don't think I saw a safe but not a problem for me.
4.1
This apartment could benefit from some better pictures because it looks much nicer in reality.
There could have been kitchen, I dont get why there is no option for the kitchen, when clearly it is in the apartment, but its locked.

Nothing to complain about.

This place is a scam.
This place was a scam. Will be complaining to Booking.com. It located far away from where it's marked as being on the map - out in a residential neighborhood far from the center of town where it's shown. It also isn't 1 room with 4 beds, it's 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom in a shared hallway. No privacy, no security (only the bedrooms lock), especially inappropriate for young children who couldn't manage the bedroom locks to use the bathroom.

The towns were quaint and beautiful. The food was lovely.
The accommodation was adequate, dated and quite inconveniently located
4.1
The Cinque Terre area is wonderful. Riomaggiore is a nice town also. The unit was clean and tidy.
This accommodation was a strenuous walk away from the town. There is nothing near the accommodation other than walking/tramping paths. We feel Luciano himself was not very helpful in letting us know what we might expect on our arrival. He appeared to be easily offended when asked about the area. Mosquitos were an issue when we stayed during a hot summer.
4.1
A wonderful, quiet and green neighborhood. A wonderful host, she took us on the train (without him it would be difficult to get to the apartment :). We are delighted :) Thank you, Luciano.
4.1
Room was spacious and clean
Shower was a good size
Very nice and comfortable stay
As others have mentioned there is a steep walk up to the accommodation (but I suspect this is the case for all accommodation in riomaggiore)
There is a long lift from the clock tower that will take you about half way, but still some steps and hills to tackle.

My daughter and I so enjoyed our stay and appreciated Luciano's kindness. The room and garden area were so lovely and relaxing. We really enjoyed the wonderful location to the train station, hiking trail and to the town - all under a 10 minute walk away thanks to the elevators by the train station and town. We are so glad we stayed there during our time in Cinque Terre.
It was a little confusing getting there from the train station as we didn't know about the elevator and ended up walking for a bit. However, Luciano was waiting for us and was very helpful once we arrived.
4.1
Amazing stay! Absolutely loved the location and Luciano was such a great host. Will definitely stay here again. Great property and Riomaggiore was wonderful. Our favorite village of all in Cinque Terre.
