Lit King Size au top

J’ai effectué plusieurs réservations au sein de cet établissement. La première réservation s’est bien passé. Le lit était le point fort, car c’était un king size, donc très confortable. Il y a la clim donc c’était parfait. L’établissement est proche de beaucoup de commerces à pieds, en bus et en voiture c’est pratique. Assez simple de se garer lorsqu’on a une voiture. L’ambiance est très cozy

Personnel à l’écoute. Localisation.

Dans la salle de bain, pas d’intimité quand on est au toilette (fenêtre qui donne sur la terrasse où les membres de l’hôtel vont), chambre peu lumineuse et beaucoup de bruits le soir.

trop de bruit emplacement de la chambre ds un patio ou un groupe de gens a fait la fete toute la nuit sans se soucier si il y avait des personnes qui dormaient

Hostel bien situé et calme

Personnel très agréable, l'auberge est très proche de la station de bus. Il y a une piscine, des hamacs, une salle de travail, etc Très calme, même le soir.

Le check-in était un peu long à 15h.

Good place to stay

Close to ADO busstation, beautiful, quiet place. Enough places to get breakfast/food nearby. Decorations and plants everywhere. Room was perfect.

Bed was a bit small and squeaky. Would be nice to have the possibility to have breakfast there on the terrace.

Great pool area, excellent location near bus station and walking distance into downtown cancun.

Room said would have a balcony and didn’t and bar never opened in the hotel.

Beautiful clean and worth the value

Hotel Super clean and beautiful. Staff very helpful. Location is also good, very busy part of downtown.

- friendly staff - nice garden - free water - clean - good aircon The negative points should be very easy to solve!

- The WiFi is a catastrophe because it didnt work 80-90% of the time which is a no go in 2023 - They told me after my booking that their Bar is closed which is not honest because there is no possibility for free cancelling. This instruction propably comes from the management so its not the fault of the staff. I know there is another hostel with a Bar but its still not honest because many people want to have a Bar in their own hostel and then they cannot cancel for free. I personally didnt care but many people I talked to where disappointed so you should work on being more transparent if you have the goal to grow on making your guests happy.

Very good

The hotel is in a great location, close to bus station, food and shopping and some of the local markets are within walking distance. The set up is unique and very appealing and charming. If we come back to Cancun again, we'd definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is that the room we were in was very bright at night due to the hallway light shining through the curtains. (We were in the room called Sambucca))

Only stayed for a night after arriving in Mexico. Easy to access from the airport by the ADO busses. Good beds and pretty quiet in my case.

Very nice and helpful place

Everything was great! Warm welcome, good solution to a slight mixup in the booking. The manager is very helpful. He helped with nice places to eat, good trips to go on, even for further travels. The room is beautiful, with plants in it, too. It was very calm and peaceful, although there were almost always people in the lobby. I would definitely stay again.

It was all very pleasant. The only advise I can give them is to add a few hooks to hang the towel in the bathroom and to hang the mirror a little bit higher.

Good hotel BUT Do not stay at Standard double room

The location is great. Staff was very friendly

The standard double room is located in the basement and it is very moisty and smelly. There is no proper windows and daylight. Pick another room rather than this.

Superior double room eas way better than Standard double room we stayed for 2 nights before upgrading. And it was literally an upgrade with spacious room. Nice view from the window to the garden and swimming pool area. Very comfy bed.

Very thin walls you can heat everything what is happening outside the room. Lack of light in the room.

common areas were beautiful especially the pool area. Staff was exceptionally nice. Awesome location.

The private double room was a little sparse. A bedside table with lamp would have been nice.

The team staff is so nice , they try their best to makes you feel good , the hostal is awesome, very beautifull , chill areas, swiming pools, bar, barbecue , one of the most beautifull hostal i 've seen . Safe area , very good ubication , near evrythings , restaurants , supermakets, buses, shops etc.. but not in the border of the road thats very good , near evrythings but in calm & chill area. I thanks the staff for all their kindness & help. Very profesional team.
