Va bene per una notte se devi fare un trasferimento.

il prezzo, posizione relativamente vicino alla stazione degli autobus.

le camere sono un po' datate. la mia, rivolta alla strada, era parecchio rumorosa, non ho dormito bene.

Buen hotel en relación costo-beneficio, con excelente limpieza y buena atención del personal

Excelente limpieza de las habitaciones y en general del hotel. Buen mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Amabilidad del personal. Muy buena relación calidad-precio

Ubicado en zona de mucho movimiento nocturno, aunque poco perceptible el ruido desde la habitación. Estacionamiento complicado

Good

The reception staff were very accommadating and the location great, easy walk to the Mercado, Bus Station (buses to Playa del Carmen and long distance destinations and on the street where local buses run continuously to Plaza La Isla and that area and to the Ferry Port.

The second time I stayed in one room and the A/C was noisy as and the ceiling fan did not work. I was able to change rooms but was given a room without a Window and again the fan did not work. The main light on the bed head did not work. I knew this but be aware there is no lift.

The people doing the rooms, they’re not amicable at all if you ask for something from them like cleaning the room they won’t do it

good only for short trips! 1-2 days is ok!

it's in downtown, near everything! grocery, ado bus, souvenirs, bus station r1-r2, the wifi was not a problem for me because I was on the first floor!

it's very old! needs to be renovated, there is mold on the ceiling of the bathroom! the chair is very dirty, and the faucet on the bathroom was really hard to use, you have to push it and had one hand on the buttom or else the water will only go for 3 seconds! very uncomfortable to use!

We have reserbed 2 rooms, our fly had delay, we came 2 hours later as we supposed, and already one room was in disposal

Front desk attendant was very helpful and courteous.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work, it was hot and stuffy with no breeze, but for one night it wasn’t worth trying to get a different room.

Disappointing

There is water refill available, though on the second floor only room temperature water is available. You can get hot water refill from the reception.

It is warm and humid without aircon. With aircon on, the 'blankets' which is really just bed sheets, results in a very cold night. There is no floor towel available, so you will end up wetting the room and with the high humidity takes a long-time to dry up. The room looks way older than the photo would suggest, you get the feeling that you entered a different room than you booked.

The hotel was a comfortable bed for the night but would not have benn my choice for a longer stay in Cancun.

it was a convenient place to stay after a late flight before going to Isla Mujeres.

Fine for a short stay and close to the ADO bus station

-clean, comfortable room - fine for a night or 2. -close to ADO bus station - friendly staff

-not the hotels fault, but the room was facing main road and was noisy at night as it was next to a bar which was playing loud music. -there was not always hot water for the shower
