Very pleasant.

Very clean. Plenty of space.

Not enough power points. One room had three beds but only one power point. Couldn’t plug electric blankets in if you needed them. Couldn’t plug my phone in to charge and use anything else.

Wonderful stay. The owners are lovely and got the odd visit from the cat.

Central to where we needed to be for Hoop Nations BBall Tournament. Cooking facilities are a bonus with the option of using their BBQ. There were three of us in the Superior one bedroom Apartment and had everything we needed. Easy to get to shopping areas.

Nothing outstanding.

This is a rather dilapidated old motel but the tariff is what I'd expect to pay for something more modern and luxurious. Interior walls of concrete block. Old furniture. Paint peeling in a few spots. TV badly placed, you had to sit sideways on a single bed to view it. No tv in the main bedroom. Draft under the door. I couldn't get heat pump to work.

Met expectations.

helpful hosts- bought us a fan for the room as it was very hot.

front unit is on the main highway route so noisy. we had a fan which helped block out the noise.

Disappointing

Friendly managers. Very helpful when we needed another fan and extension cord. Clean bedding and comfortable beds. Cleaner did a nice job of refreshing towels Nice flooring in bathroom and kitchenette. Good location to stadium. Surprisingly quiet location even though on busy road.

Fridge froze our food and milk. Sky TV is advertised but not supplied. Very dated and because furniture is old it appears to look unclean. Would have loved a heat pump for AC instead of a fan, as not all rooms have heat pumps. The heater smelt dusty when we used it. It needs a refresh.

Comfortable older motel on the State Highway so easy to find in Whanganui

The motel is in an excellent location for the event we were attending. The motel unit was very roomy over two floors. Rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable and shower was good.

It is an older motel. The seating furniture in the lounge needs to be replaced. The front door was a bit tricky to open with the key

Very basic motel, bed uncomfortable, toilet shower very small. But very clean. Just a bit old.

The double bed was unstable. Was woken by my husband every time he moved, whether he scratched his head or moved his leg. The bed felt like it was sliding

Ok if you are on a very tight budget

Staff were friendly and tried to help as much as they could. The motel cat was friendly.

Honestly, they do their best with what they have but it's just old and rundown. The whole place needs a make over. The gas heaters are far too old and smelly to use so as a substitute, they gave us a bathroom heater. No bathroom fan so they whole room was damp and unpleasant.

Friendly, welcoming staff.

The beds were very hard and had bad hollows. Ended up with extremely sore neck and shoulders that lasted weeks. There was no soap in the shower dispenser nor a bar (of soap) provided. Very noisy, could clearly hear people walking in the other units and the building made a lot creaks and bangs at night.
