Det var färska blodstänk på lakanen samt hår i sängen vid inflytt . Fläkten i badrummet lät som ett flygplan. Fick ingen hjälp då vi önskade prata med manager då läget med sängkläderna var katastrofalt . Fick info att manager skulle vara där vid 14:00 men dök inte upp. Ingen kompensation för usel service samt skitiga lakan bägge dagar . Utan endast att har man bokat med Booking.com så får man ta allt med dom . När de istället kunde löst problemet på plats med välvilja och service. Pinsamt

Good value for a bit over US$31 per day.

Breakfast was good. Coffee was good. Filtered drinking water was good.

The restaurant has no A/C and keeps the windows open for ventilation. So, you hear incredibly loud traffic noise while eating.

Centrale locatie, centrum centrum van San Jose.

Gehorigheid. Door de slechte b.v. Glasisolatie was net alsof je buiten aan het slapen was. Vanuit het hotel kreeg je oordopjes 😳 dit zeg alles. Wel zijn er opties van kamers zonder vieuws, m.a.w. vier muren maar dat zou nog erger zijn.

Good value for money for one/two nights

The location is quite good. Particularlly cloae to Bus station Terminal 7-10 where a lot of local buses allow cheat transfers to other regions (in our case La Fortuna). On other hand it is qalking distance from city center and 10ish USD uber drive from airport. At breakfast you can choose your plate (pancakes, hamburger, eggs or something else) which is freshlly made but I missed more variety like some fruit basket, juice maybe instead of just coffee/tea and water. Stuff is very friendlly.

The room was worn out. Maybe this is to be expected in exotic locations and I just have to lover my standards. But yeah sheets had holes, towles a stain, hot water did not flow to the fullest in the shower. Its little things which for a night or two dont metter especially if you are young.

Puede ser que ruido de fuera, la música de las tiendas. Pero esto no es problema del hotel. Así es todo aquí.🙂

Excelente hotel si se busca estar en el centro de San Jose para realizar algunas compras

La ubicacion es muy buena ya que se encuentra en el centro de San Jose, muy cerca de la peatonal y de la plaza de la cultura. El desayuno es completo y muy rico. Muy buena pre disposicion de todo el personal del hotel. Habitaciones amplias y confortables. Excelente relacion precio calidad. De los mejores hoteles que se pueden encontrar en el centro de San Jose sin pagar tanto dinero. Muy recomendable.

No hubo cosas que no me gustaron. En general nos fuimos muy conformes.

Great budget hotel for overnight in San Jise

Good budget hotel. The room was big, the shower was hot. Breakfast was included and there was a choice. The hotel is next to the bus stations so good location if you have an early/late bus. Lots of places to eat around.

No window in the room. The area is a bit sketchy but I left early to catch a bus and there were plenty of people around and I didn't feel unsafe.

Wi-fi worked well in my room; room was clean; breakfast was decent; close to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the pedestrian street; within walking distance of the Tica bus station which is very handy

Bathroom smelled a little moldy; the neighbourhood was slightly unsavoury; the room was a bit rough around the edges

Good value accommodation close enough to centre but area a little rough

Good value. Close to centre of town (15 mins walk): theatre, museums, etc. 5 mins walk from airport bus terminal. 10 mins walk from Atlantic bus terminal to Caribbean coast. Comfy, clean room. Decent breakfast (Typica/pancakes/fruit).

The area is quite seedy and we were hesitant to venture out in the evening, after dark. TBH most of SJ is like that and we did go to the restaurant round the corner, La Casona Typica, which was fine.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

Staff is kind, but unfortunately speaks very bad English. Also, one morning we were leaving for tour and hotel was not able to provide us with breakfast box (which was included in our booking). I believe 3-star hotel should be able to give at least a pack of juice and a sandwich in such circumstances.

Disappointing

The room did not have a window and I felt confined. I ordered fish in the restaurant and it was soggy like it had been frozen and not fresh. The location and price was good if you just want a place to crash for the night.

A nice hotel in the city

The hotel is good, the bedroom and the bathroom were clean. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom and everything that you need, tv and wi fi included. There's also a restaurant. It's close to the main buses terminals (the bus terminal Tuasa to/from the airport as well). We booked this hotel 2 times for our arrival and departure in San José, but because of a very long delayed of the flights we weren't able to arrive in city that date. The hotel cancelled our booking without any charge, we really appreciate the gesture.
