L’accueil - le monsieur c’est empressé de nous faire payer alors qu’on avait Genius et que le petit dej était offert du coup pas de petit dej car c’était trop tard pour modifier on avait déjà payé !! Pas contente je me suis senti comme arnaque pourtant c’est pas la politique du pays .. J’ai réservé pour 5 mon fils a fini sur un canapé non convertible et pas de lit supplémentaire !

كل شي كان جميل وتم ترقيتي لغرفه اكبر اشكر محمد و الينا على المساعدة وجعل اقامتنا مريحة وهذه المرة الثانية نسكن عندكم

الفطور كان بحاجة للتجديد بسرعه حيث كان جزء من الاكل مخلص ولم يتم تجديده الا بعد طلبي بالتجديد ولكن الموظفين كانو ممتازين

High recommend Roda Amwaj, I have already booked for next year.

Great staff. Perfect location. Comfortable bed and sofa.

A little dated. Shout screen was leaking so whole bathroom got wet when showering. Had to put down a towel every time. But staff were in everyday from housekeeping team and left it spotless each time.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, le personnel est agréable et accueillant, le petit dej est au top et les chambres super confortables !

Everything excellent. Excellent room make up service. All guys are excellent. Thanks Jonaid, Imran and others for ur excellent cleaning service.

My flight was at 8.30 pm and their check out time is 12pm. They give me 2 hours extra but I feel they should look after that issue. For international travelers it will be a great support if they can give some extra hours for late check out or early check in.

We really enjoyed our time at property. Kids loved the swimming pool and breakfast. Very worth it for the money.

It was okay

The room booked was not as good as the previous rooms i was in. And the main door lock was broken. Telephone sometimes not working. Dromt desk staff was not very accomodating as well as the one answering the phone.

Perfect location and services for family

From the moment we checked in. Omar was very helpful and very professional. The apartment was roomy with nice and clean furnitures. Room service were provided the whole stay of 10 days. Receptionest called us every day to check on us and if we needed anything. The location is perfect where everything within walking distance. Tram is also behind the property, so ot gave us easy acess to the train and the whole city.

For å komme til hotellbygget må du gjennom en bilgarasje hvor det er trafikk og ille lukt. Du MÅ gjennom den uansett om du skal til lobby eller JBR. Rommet vi fikk var skittent. Det luktet overalt i bygget. Bassenget til vår bygning hadde ingen heis. Personalet var lite hjelpsomme.

Skvělé ubytování, doporučuji.

Lokalita je skvělá, jen pár kroků na krásnou pláž se všemi službami. Krásný, prostorný, dobře vybavený byt, každý den kompletní úklid, doplňování vody, všude v okolí obchody, restaurace, je to blízko na tramvaj i metro. Do této oblasti jezdíme dlouhodobě a toto je nejlepší poměr ceny a ubytování.

Jakékoliv naše potřeby byly recepcí obratem vyřešeny (nádobí doplněno, vody dodány...), což bylo moc fajn. Nelíbil se nám příliv různorodých mužů na pláž zejména o víkendu a i během všedních dní v odpoledních hodinách. Respektujeme, že se jedná o veřejnou pláž. Nicméně to bylo chvílemi pro ženy i děti velmi nepříjemné jak na pláži, tak v moři.

Excellent location , couldn’t ask better . But could be more better if a make over could be done .

Perhaps a crown jewel of its time undoubtedly, but can definitely be modified to modern standards with better upholstery. Just a consideration would be very much appreciated.

وجوده وسط الجي بي آر وقربه من الشاطئ وقرب السوبرماركات وعائلي بالدرجة الأول وأنصح به لمن عنده اطفال ومراهقين مناسب لجميع الفئات السنية

البعد عن وسط البلد واماكن التسوق والسياحية والتنقل صعب والقيادة اصعب

Всё хорошо!

Мы не в первый раз останавливаемся в Rode,нравиться расположение в первую очередь,персонал,русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшене Айгирим,оставила о себе хорошее впечатление,помогла нам выбрать нужную категорию номера и ещё один сотрудник имя не помню к сожалению( Близость к морю,чистота в самих зданиях, ,чистые бассейны,полотенца. На завтрак ходили несколько раз,был очень даже разнообразным,невозможно остаться голодными. На кухне все нужные принадлежности вплоть до средства для мытья посуды,губки,тряпки итд. Всегда в избытке душевые и гигиенические наборы,если чего то нет стоит только сказать и это сразу приносят. Оставляйте чаевые службе уборки,этот знак внимания они очень ценят и стараются быть более полезными. В общем всё отлично,нам нравиться! 👍🏻

Не понравилось что неделю не поменяли постельное бельё,но как только сказали на ресепшен всё быстро исправили. Есть какие то небольшие нюансы но их стараешься не замечать,всё таки отдых. Правда в этот раз пляж и и вообще везде по JBR было довольно таки очень много мусора,к отелю не относиться конечно но и его территория иногда была замусорена.

Great area , close to everything

Amazing stay

Loved staying here, it was our second time as a family of 5, we was upgraded to the sea view and got a 4 bedroom apartment instead of 3 with 4 bathrooms, really spacious, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back

An amazing place to stay.

Excellent location with easy access to the tram, taxis, food places, 3 minute walking distance to the beach. The 3 bed apartment was spacious and had all amenities. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this hotel as it meets all our needs.

Pools are a little way out, ideally the exit door should have been at the poolside rather than having to walk all the way around.
