Next to beach. Balcony has great views of beach and resort centre. Food is great quality and quantity (portion sizes terrific). Breakfast very good indeed. Staff really welcoming, helpful and go extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay.

The best food we had on our vacation in Crete with affordable prices. If you are in Balí, you should try this taverna. The best thing is seaview from the terrace. Highly recommend.

Stunning view of you manage to get a coast view. feels like staying in an apartment. Really good value for money.
Breakfast was the same all the days we stayed, don’t know if that’s always the case.

Great view from room with double French doors and balcony. Nice big, private balcony with 2 comfortable chairs, marble topped table and clothes drying rack. Very comfortable for two people to hang out and enjoy the fabulous view of the hills and the beach below the hotel ringed by cliffs. Nicely tiled bathroom with modern fixtures and glass enclosed shower stall which has a little basket to hold products. Soap and body wash of adequate quality. Plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Good lighting on the mirror. Large mini-frig with small freezer for making ice cubes. Comfortable double bed instead of 2 twins pushed together. Three electrical outlets, one above desk, one next to night stand, and one on wall by bathroom. A little desk with drawers although only a stool to sit on. Excellent Wifi at 8+ Mbps using my VPN. The room is a little small for 2 people but the night stand has drawers to put things away as well as 2 drawers in wardrobe closet. Air-conditioning is great. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Someone took my heavy luggage up the one flight of stairs to my room with no hesitation and a friendly smile. NICEST BEACH in Bali right below hotel in my opinion. Fantastic value as far as other hotels with fantastic view. I had a good meal in the restaurant at a reasonable price. There is a grill house right behind the hotel if you just want an gyro. In spite of some negative remarks only for warning, this is a fabulous place to stay for all the positive remarks and highly recommend it
No shower sprayer wall hanger. Smallish shower stall being a little difficult to scrub ankles being an average, but older man. Breakfast include in price starts at 9:00 which is too late for me but several times they gladly made me a bowl of yogurt or a toasty to bring to my room for the next morning. There is a kettle to make hot water with instant coffee, sugar and creamers in corridor so it was fine for me. The waste basket was not emptied every day. Considering a sign in the bathroom requests you to throw toilet paper in the basket instead of flushing down the toilet, a little smelly. I did not complain to kind staff so I guess it was my problem too.

Perfect, nothing to dislike.

Every member of the family (grand parents & grand children)and all the staff were wonderful. Friendly, helpful, genuinely happy to answer questions, offer advice, suggestings, cooking tips . really was acomfortable cosy experience and I was so happy to see everyone daily. There was no stress even though on some days was extremely busy in the restaurant. Everone still had the time to pay attention to your needs.
Breakfast was extremely generous and were able to accomodate additional requests with ease. The location is the best ontop oerlooking the magnificient private bay of VARKOTOPOS - which was clear crystal blue seas. Clean sandy beach.
Very quick walk to beach 2-3 minutes maximum, although on a steep hill, the property location and for the views was stunning and worth every penny.
The food in the restaurant was so good. i mainly eat seafod(superbly cooked) but grilled meats also a bonus. The salads were inspiring for me to come home and make salads!
My only regret is that we were so excited when the food arrived we kept forgetting to take photos and just dove straight in
there is nothing I did not like,

The breakfast was of cold ham and cheese, bread butter and jam with orange juice and tea or coffee served on the lovely restaurant veranda. The air con was good and the shower strong and hot. There was a shared kettle in the hall with free tea, coffee milk sugar 24 / 7. Free WiFi was great in our room. All the family staff were so kind and helpful, and could not do enough to make us feel welcome.
The rooms are small and balcony cramped. If you are disabled the rooms are on the first floor via a steep concrete stairs and the beach is 100feet lower than your room reached via more concrete steps but the views from your room and balcony are amazing.

Very good location, just a minute walk to the beach. Very friendly staff. Small family business, so don't expect much from the room, but if you are not too picky about the room the rest of it is really worth it. Delicious food in the taverna, small beach next to it,not crowded. Excellent value for the money.
