Literally less than a 2 minute elevator ride and a few steps to the beach and your complimentary beach chairs (2) and umbrella waiting for you (a $350 dollar value) from March to October. Amazing views and the sound of the surf from all the rooms from this 7th floor condo. in Tower 1. Black out curtains are perfect for a good night's sleep. LARGE walk-in shower and all new appliances. Washer and dryer. Wake up and look out at the beautiful Emerald Gulf only feet from your window. 2 beach chairs in the condo available out of season for the Beach Service. We have it all. Washer, Dryer, pull out queen sofa bed, hair dryer, TVs one in the bedroom one in the family room, beach towels. 3 pools 2 heated, tiki bar, gym and 2 Jacuzzi's! We arrived to Panama City a little earlier than expected, and thankfully, after we spoke with the host we were able to check in. The room was very well maintained and clean. We had ZERO issues and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was clean and as described. Great location in PCB, beautiful views from balcony. Exceptional Communications with the owners. We were actually able to check in a little earlier, which was greatly appreciated. Condo was well stocked with plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, towels, and trash bags. Our only difficulty was with the sliding glass doors. They were difficult to open and close so maybe a can of WD40 under the kitchen cabinet in the future? Easy fix for sure.

Beautiful condo unit that has everything you need. Best thing for us was beach chair rental was included with this unit. Beach towels, chair were also included. Pools on the property were awesome as well as the snack shack!

The Longbeach resort location is amazing- we have stayed at this resort 4 times now. This unit is the nicest on so far. It is bright, clean and inviting. The pictures are all accurate and unit lives up to it's listing. On top of that, they provided enough t.p.(3 rolls!) & dish soap for our stay! We always bring extra from home, but wouldn't have had to in this case. The unit has a lovely balcony accessible from both living room & bedroom. There are toral blackout drapes which are handy for those who want to sleep in- though we couldn't imagine covering up the wonderful beach view. We look forward to returning.

This was one of the best stays we have ever had starting with the spectacular room and view in Panama City. The view was amazing and the room was 5 star. Our host were attentive and caring. We will return soon and maybe have other quest tent a room as well.

This is our 4th stay at Longbeach Resort and our 3rd in this 7th floor condo. My previous reviews are a bit more detailed, but here are some updates. New elevators are very nice and talk for the vision impaired. The unit has new appliances, and I noticed a crock pot for cooking dinner while enjoying the beach during the day. Security was stepped up this trip. That was reassuring during spring break season. We also noticed this resort puts out additional double red flags to warn & protect from undertow and drownings. Great views of Pineapple Willy's pier from the balcony. There are plenty of dining options within 15-30 minute walk, with much more available via rides share of 15-30 minutes. A basket of hotel size shampoo, conditioner, & lotion are provided until one goes shopping. (Super Walmart across the street, just 10 min walk) Every year is a bottle of wine to greet us. If this is an issue for you, just let the owners know, they are easy to work with and very respectful and considerate. All information is emailed well before arrival with lock codes, rules, and amenities. They make sure to communicate when the condo is available and check in the following day to confirm everything is to our liking. You can't ask for a better experience. That is why we have rented from them for three years in a row. You won't be disappointed. Thanks so much for allowing us to enjoy your comfortable and homlike condo.

We had the best time staying in this condo. Super clean and nice. Enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning. Loved the walk in shower. The restaurant near the pool was great. The heated pool was perfect for a spring break trip.

My husband and I stayed here for 6 days. The view was stunning! It was a little cooler than we were expecting but we were able to walk on the beautiful beach each day. You can walk for miles on this beach. We would stay again. Highly recommend.

The condo was very nice and as described in listing. The condo was clean and loved the walk-in shower. The view is beautiful from the 7th floor. Loved the balcony that stretched across both living area and bedroom. The patio furniture was very comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was as described and actually much better in person. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. We can't say enough about the view 😍😍😍. Some of the best sunsets we have ever seen, and many ways to watch them. You could watch from the beach, the big awesome balcony, the living room, or even in bed if you choose. Speaking of bed, it was so very comfortable and we slept like babies. The shower was also fantastic. We both had plenty of room to tandem shower and the water pressure was good too. We hope to make it back there as soon as we can and would recommend to anyone. P.S. with that view, that was the only time I was happy to do the dishes.

This is the cutest condo ever! This was no doubt the cleanest place I've ever stayed- and I travel alot. It was seriously spotless.. not even a grain of sand on the floor when I got there! Bob and Ginny were the best! Communication was spot on! They promptly provided everything I needed and answered all my questions. It's on the 7th floor which is perfect for people watching off the balcony. The bottle of wine waiting on me when I walked in was lovely as well. (I kind of hate writing this review because I'd like to keep this little gem all to myself! 😊) Already have my reservation in for next year!

Absolutely beautiful condo, with breathtaking views. There is not enough wonderful things I can say about this condo. This was our first time renting a condo right on the beach, and what a game changer it was!! We loved sitting out on the beautiful balcony & watching the dolphins and stingrays every morning and playing games out there at night. Loved taking walks on the beach every day, that is only steps away. The condo is super clean, and communication with the owners was top notch. They felt like old friends to us by the time we left. Already booked for next year, and can NOT wait!! Highly recommend!! 😃

We've been coming down for the week of Thanksgiving for the last few years. Stayed at multiple condos. None are as lovely and well kept as this one. This was our second time staying at Bob and Ginny's beautiful condo and this will be the one we choose going forward as long as its available. They are such great hosts and their place is so cozy and clean. They are easy to communicate with and just such great people. Thank you for sharing your little slice of paradise with us.

We will definitely be returning to this place again. The sunset off the balcony is amazing and everything is comfortable inside. Only thing I would say is better pots and pans would’ve been nice but we were very very happy with everything.

Had a wonderful time at the Long Beach condo. Ginny is an excellent Hostess and made our check-in easy. Enjoyed the beautiful view and sunsets from the huge balcony over looking the white sand Beach. The daily use of the lounge chairs & umbrella on the beach was an added bonus. Entire unit was very clean & comfortable.

To say the best part of this condo is watching the sunsets on the balcony is a disservice to the rest of the home. Every effort has been made by the owner to ensure their visitors feel comfortable and informed. It is decorated in a charming "relax, you're on gulf time" beachy theme. This condo was VERY well appointed - a great bed, new walk in shower, granite countertops, newer appliances, including washer and dryer in the condo, all the small appliances (coffee pot, toaster, crockpot) one might need, plenty of blankets, pillows, puzzles, games and books - absolutely everything the owners could think of is there to make your stay comfortable. Communication from the owner was excellent - They made sure we were aware of all condo policies before we arrived and left a binder on the countertop filled with information about the area and all sorts of contacts if there were any problems. Bob and Ginny also reached out via text before the visit, after arrival to make sure all was well and thanked us for staying after we left. If there were going to be issues, they were going to be on top of it! Long Beach is a wonderful resort - all condos appear to be ocean front and the balconies are much more private that you would expect. The resort has three pools and the free beach chairs were definitely a plus. (That may be a seasonal thing, so you will want to check the policy for the dates you visit.) All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend this condo.

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort for years and this was our first stay with Ginny and Bob. We were a bit worried after the one bad review from the gentleman that stayed right before our scheduled trip. I am not sure where he stayed but no way could it be #702. We stayed for 2 weeks and it was our best experience so far at this resort. The condo was clean, and very welcoming and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! This is the first one we have stayed at with the updated shower and it made it all even better. Ginny and Bob proved to be great hosts and we have already rebooked for 2024!

Opened the door to a flooded kitchen! All the silverware was greasy! As well as pots and pans! Haid and dirty tissues in deawers! Had to wash everything first! Then got a text message upon arrival about mice eradication but now has bugs! Lived out of suitcases for a week! Appliances were filthy but was told housekeeping was there that day! Could have informed us before we went about mice and bugs and would've canceled! Indoor pics are very old because everything was faded and caked with dust! Wouldn't recommend! Owners did give us a partial refund however!
