Comfortable, affordable stay with some facilities that need a little repair.

Staff were incredibly helpful, and happy to give recommendations. Room was very comfortable, clean and facilities were great inside. Pool is fantastic, a longer shape so can do laps if needed. Also great to have a gym on site.

Gym equipment needs repairs, and is quit basic. Breakfast was pretty plain, and some of the pastries were stale. Check in process was late and I was left waiting around for an hour.

Okay. Can find better.

The room was clean. The shower head was really used and was shooting water to all directions. Horrible. I do not recommended the room with bath since there are no windows and it smells like humidity in there. We had to downgrade to get a room with window to get normal ventilation.

The staff was not really nice compared to other hotels we visited in Bali. The cleaning staff was very nice. But lobby staff was not. The breakfast was ok .. a little bit cheap. The rooms are far walking from the parking.

quick drive to beach

Being told by staff I couldn’t eat breakfast yet I already pre paid for it. Had to put my plate down ( mind you not nice anyway ) then had to get my phone to go into my emails to show them my breakfast was included My room was not cleaned as when they came 9am I was in shower. After I left hotel 10.30am I went to reception to let them know they could go in & clean now. I came back at night time & it was still not done. And didn’t get done Neighbours TV could hear all night whilst trying to sleep

Very good

Really enjoyed our stay at Paragon Hotel in Seminyak. Good value for money and had all the necessary facilities that we needed. The pool is definitely a bonus for the warm humid weather.

The rooms are starting to show their age and might be due for some renovations soon. Other than that we couldn't complain. If we had to nitpick, it would have been nice to get more coffee sachets and some milk to go with it in the room.

Room I booked full of molds. Too dirty. Iron is broken and have to request from receptionist everytime needed. Too inconvinient. Water heater not clean. This hotel does not deserve 4 star.

Toilet, room facility, breakfast and staff at receptionist.

Not bad, could get more value for money else where.

Location quite central. Good response from staff when prompted. Good sized gym for a hotel. The hotel is good for somewhere to stay as a base, but not to be embraced a leisure spot.

Breakfast was very basic and didn't really cater for western people. Towels weren't replaced everyday and had to ask for toilet paper everyday. Shower curtains and room curtains were mouldy.

Nice Hotel, you get what you pay for as in the cheap quality room.

mouldy ceilings in bedrooms, upgraded to a garden view and the view was of a brick wall, had to ask for towels and toilet paper as they didn’t supply them on arrival

Please improve the cleanliness and maintenance.

friendly staff, simple breakfast but tastes good.

There is a balcony but the view is very unpleasant, so it cannot be enjoyed. The sliding door on the balcony cannot be locked. The room is not kept clean, lots of ants in my room, the snacks I bought are full of ants.

Disappointing

Breakfast was good..staff serving at breakfast was good nd friendly

Requested bath tub room, but was very end of the hotel, heater not working...kettle not working...amenities was run off... When check in told to the reception lady that I have paid full amount by card...but still arguing...show her the invoice and she say will check on it...system was poor.... Not worth it for money... My room was literally abit off stain...was not comfortable at all...

nice location , nice staff apart from 1 who was very miserable , overall good value for money.

liked the good value for money , most staff were nice. breakfast included.

there was a lady at reception who was very stern I feel like she may have been the manager. I know it was not a cultural barrier as everyone else was very nice and warm. I spoke to this lady about all the gym equipment not working and even offered to fix them myself if I had tools. There was a gym with no free weights and 80% of equipment not working. I also paid extra for a room with a balcony and the room was far from what was advertised. I was moved to another room looking over a building site which made it impossible to go out and enjoy the balcony. breakfast included was good value for money.

Excellent price for what we got - will stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious, there was a balcony so we could dry our wet clothes. Generally it was a clean and spacious room which was very nice. The staff were always friendly and greeted you with a smile.

The body soap was not refilled once during our stay. There were also holes/cracks in the wall which we assumed were where ants/lizards were able to crawl out from. We found multiple large ants on the floor whenever we came back from the hotel. The towels were also grey sometimes.

Overall unimpressed. Cold shower, dirty and aged rooms with uncomfortable bed.

Entrance sequence and parking area is nice, along with the outdoor pool area is aesthetically pleasing. The location is ideal, but that's the only good thing about this hotel. Don't stay here if you plan to do anything more than sleep at night. Even then the bed is uncomfortable and the aircon unit in my room was unbearably loud - likely due to an old motor.

The shower was weak in pressure and did not get hot. It was cold for 10 minutes, then got to room temperature. All the fixtures and fittings had the kind of dirt and age that could not be cleaned to make attractive. The room itself felt like something was dark and dingy - expected more for the money I paid.

I like the in house massage, staff and security is super friendly and helpful.

Hot water not working on ground floor and inconsistently working on top floors. Breakfast can have more international items.
