We didn't hear about the place before, and was a bit afraid. But it was AMAZING! It's a real resort, probably was fency during the 80s. Big and simple rooms, lovely team, very friendly and eager to help, lots of space and great facilities. The food is also good.
It's in south Nueba, near the port, and there's nothing to do around so you need a taxi if you want to leave the resort.
The bathrooms are old

The Fresh Fish Dinner and Moroccan Style Breakfast was incredible! The hospitality of the owner and staff was remarkable. They helped with our Ferry Tickets and provided such a comfortable atmosphere. We wished we would have known how incredible this place was as we would have booked more time here! We were right on the beach with crystal clear blue water!

Good location.
All the rooms literally smell like crap. And the prices for everything is through the roof. I asked for fresh towels 4 or 5 times, in the end I got dirty ones. Shameful.

Stuff, location, beach, view and food are all just wonderful.
Beautiful place with great energy for a peaceful vacation.
Rooms are basic but comfortable with noisy air-conditioning. Shower room needs some touch.

The team was great and kind, the location and the bay were what we was looking for. 😀

I reccomend this place especially if you wanna spend some night in Nuweiba. The breakfast and dinner were superb and I enjoyed a lot the main beach of the resort, really comfy, also the staff was very friendly and very availible
The lack of WiFi in the rooms.. would have been the best if the WiFi wasn't limited only in the bar zone

The host was warm and lovely, the staff was friendly and kind, the food was delicious and fresh, the room was cozy with A/C, TV and refrigerator. The place itself looks amazing, beautiful beach, We had no idea what to expect and came with low expectations since this is Sinai. We were so pleased to find a place so above what we were used to more than a decade ago
Additional shadow would be great to escape from the sun

The staff made the stay worth the experience. The kindest most helpful people ever. The location was beautiful and quiet. But we wanted to snorkel and there were no corals nor fish in the sea. So we had to pay quite a lot for a taxi every day to go to a better spot. Also the resort is quite secluded and the food was both expensive and not good. The «delicious » breakfast was just very big but not nice at all. I have rarely eaten such a bad omelette in my whole life. The facilities are ok but not proportional to the price of the room in the area. It was lucky there weren’t many guests and it was quiet. Again only the quality of service provided by the staff made our stay nice. I liked my time in Sayadeen but I wouldn’t recommend it.
I hated the fact that there were policemen at the entrance of the resort, it’s not at all the chilled out atmosphere I was looking for. The place was expensive considering the facilities.

we arrived to the place and were shocked that it is located right near Nueba Port. vessels are waiting to get into the port right in front of the place, so the view when staying in the beach is parking vessels.
i felt that i was not getting the true from your website and was completely disappointed when arrived there.
we refused to stay there and moved to another place

We hade a great quite vacation, a wonderful private beach, rooms 20 meter from the sea, the stuff was the best, really tried to fulfill any wish we hade, very friendly, we felt like a family. Also Sami the owner took care of us and became a friend.
The shower and toilet didn't work well.

Great location on the beach. I like the place being a family run camp rather than a fancy hotel: the owner as well as the whole team is very friendly

Food options for dinner were a bit limited.
No water bottles available in rooms or during breakfast.
