Personnel au top et très disponible. Formule All Inclusive de bonne qualité et en quantité plus que nécessaire. Piscines, plage, navette. Parasols et chaises longues en quantité suffisantes

Consiglio il Sierra

Soddisfatti di aver scelto il Sierra per il nostro viaggio! Lo staff della struttura risponde ad ogni richiesta, gentili e sorridenti anche se carichi di lavoro. La stanza sempre pulita ed in ordine grazie a Mohammed, che ci divertiva con simpatiche “sculture” di asciugamani sul letto. Cibo buono, in primis la colazione, vasta scelta, con o senza spezie. Piscine e spiaggia pulite. Da non sottovalutare la vicinanza a Soho square, per fare due passi la sera.

Great destination to break from reality

Initially I was a little deterred by the vast all-inclusiveness of the resort. But is is large enough to forge your own unique experience. The staff were utterly excellent, for those names I can remember Walid, Mina and Ramadan- all went above and beyond. The food was good and the adult pool is recommended with its sunken bar. Convenient in terms of proximity to Soho square/beach and 10mins from the airport.

The only downside is the cleanliness of the room (otherwise vast and if you favour a quieter side ask for Rooms 30-odd) especially the bathroom and the high-touch surfaces (light switches/buttons etc) - all in need of a thorough cleaning.

Un soggiorno nel complesso molto piacevole che ha contribuito a rendere piacevole anche la nostra vacanza

La struttura era molto bella e grande, con tante piscine . Anche la spiaggia era bellissima e con tutto il necessario per farti divertire. Cibo molto abbondante e vario ogni giorno sia salato che dolce ed inoltre c’erano grigliate di carne e pesce a pranzo e cena, in pratica trovi sempre qualcosa che ti soddisferà il palato. Mi ha colpito molto la sicurezza ai cancelli, che si assicura sempre su chi viene a prelevarli dal resort, che sia un taxi o un raider delle escursioni. Inoltre si assicurano che tutti gli ospiti siano tornati in resort e questo mi ha fatto sentire al sicuro. La posizione è veramente top! In pratica all’interno di soho square, un bellissimo quartiere pieno di negozi, luci, spettacoli e divertimento! Unico a Sharm

Bellissimo resort a Soho Square

Siamo stati benissimo in questa bellissima e grande struttura. Personale molto gentile e cordiale. Si mangia bene sia nel buffet che nel ristorante Akuna Matata, hamburger e pizza buonissimi. Pulizia della camera eccellente con Mohamed Ali. Lui creava tanti bei disegni sul letto, come un'artista. Camera grande, spaziosa con letto king e bel bagno con doccia comoda. Anche la struttura pulita ordinata, ed i giardini curatissimi. Camerieri gentili, anche al bar di Soho cameriere bravo e disponibile. Tante piscine disponibili, si ha più scelta per cambiare. Dalla principale con musica a quelle più tranquille con poca gente. Spiaggia attrezzata, bagnini simpatici e carini con mia figlia. Con la navetta (che passa ogni 20 min) si arriva in poco tempo alla spiaggia attraversando Soho Square. Bella barriera corallina, abbiamo visto una cernia e una razza grande. La sera avendo Soho fuori dal resort e con il bar convenzionato (all inclusive), abbiamo trascorso belle serate di divertimento. 15 giorni sono passati velocemente, senza mai annoiarsi. Grazie alla bellezza e grandezza del resort! Anche mia figlia di 2 anni si è molto divertita. Ritorneremo sicuramente!! Grazie

Il bar non è h24, chiudono all'1 di notte. Il servizio al buffet non servono le bevande ai tavoli, ma devi ritirarle. Bottiglia in acqua solo in camera, nei bar purtroppo non erano disponibili le bottiglie ma solo nelle taniche.

I love Sierra

Öncelikle otelin konumu havaalanına çok yakın ve taksi ile çok rahat ulaşım sağlayabilirsiniz. Resepsiyon çok yardımcı oluyor her şeyde ve hep güleryüzlüler. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Medhat ve Ahmed beye çok teşekkürler. Odamız tertemiz ve büyüktü ve havuza açılıyordu. Her gün oda temizliğimizi yapan Mohammed Ramadan beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Otelin her yeri çok temizdi ve görevliler her şeyle ilgileniyordu. Her öğünde çok çeşitli yemekler mevcuttu her damak tadına hitap eder. Öğünlerde soft içecekler, yerel alkol, su dahil ve sınırsız. Ayrıca otelin barında ve plajında da gün batımına kadar içecek servisi mevcut. Her 20 dakikada bir plaja ücretsiz servis mevcut. Deniz kesinlikle görülmeye değer. Mercan alanı yüzmek için yasak bu yüzden iskeleden girmeniz gerekiyor mavinin farklı tonlarını ve renk renk balıkları görmek mümkün. Hatta yapabilirseniz dalışı burda yapmanızı tavsiye ederim biz Ras Mohammed'de yaptık ama otelin manzarası ve balıkları daha güzeldi. Old Market'e götüren bir servisi de mevcut. Rezervasyon yaptırdığınız taktirde akşam 9'da sizi götürüp gece 12'de bıraktıları yerden alıyorlar. Ayrıca otelin arka kapısından direkt Soho meydanına çıkıyorsunuz gündüz çok sıcak ama gece ışıl ışıl oluyor her yer. Bowling merkezi de var biz ücretsiz olarak yararlanabildik. Meydanda buz pateni yapabileceğiniz yer bile mevcut onu bile denedik. Çok fazla hediye dükkanı var ama fiyatlar old markette daha uygun. Otelin Akuna Matata adındaki restoranı da çok otantikti ve yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Otelin sierra sahnesinde geleneksel dans gösterileri izleyebilir ve müzik dinleyebilirsiniz. Çocuklar için de eğlence düzenleniyor. Sunclub animasyon ekibi de çok canlı ve enerjik. Plajda zumba deneyimlemiş olduk sayelerinde ve ana havuzda egzersiz yapıp su oyunları oynadık. Otelde geçirdiğimiz her gün gerçekten keyifli ve tatil gibiydi. Tüm otel personeline buradan tekrar teşekkür ediyorum.

Otel beklentilerimizi son derece iyi karşıladığı için her şeyi sevdik.

تنظيم بوفيه الاكل حيث ان هناك بوفيه للمشويات خارج المطعم والمقبلات في جهه اخرى والفواكه في الاخير يتحتاج وضعها في مكان واحد بشكل مرتب افضل واريح للمقيم

PERFECT

The hotel is looking average but everthing was perfect. The restaurant the snacks are great the ala carte restaurant akuna matata is perfect. We want to say thank you to our housekeeper Mohammed Ali. See you next year in Sierra :)

Struttura (piscine, palme, zone relax) Cibo ottimo e cucinato con attenzione ai particolari e abbondante Spiaggia con coralli e pesci favolosi Personale encomiabile, siamo stati trattati come dei re. Attenzione alla sicurezza ed alla pulizia.

Niente. Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto non è facile spostarsi tra le spiagge come siamo abituati da noi in Italia

Natale al Sierra direi ottimo tornerei!!

Accogliente , belle piscine (solo la principale abbastanza calda), posto sulle sdraio a tutte le ore,mangiare per essere Egitto assolutamente buono, anche gamberoni , pesce e carne alla griglia ! Ottimi dolci e ottima colazione! Personale cortese e simpatico ! Distanza dal mare fattibile con passeggiata di 10 minuti altrimenti navetta ogni 20 minuti. Posizione ottima nel centro di soho per poter vedere negozi , luci , fontane e ingannare il tempo visto che a dicembre alle 16 non c’è più il sole! Teli mare si cambiano spiaggia e piscina quanta volte si vuole! Bar in spiaggia con Angelo carinissimo che ti porta da bere all’ombrellone ,un po’ di ressa quando alle 13 aprono l’ordinazione di panini e patatine per chi non vuole risalire al villaggio! Bel reg più che quello fatto visitare da gita del diving a ras mohamed, non si può entrare in acqua dalla spiaggia inutile quindi le scarpette , ci si può solo tuffare dal pontile !

Struttura un po’ datata , classico stile egiziano anni 90’ ! ( bagno però con docce belle e comode) Pulizia diciamo nella norma sempre considerando dove siamo , per l’Italia non sarebbe certo un 5 stelle ma dobbiamo assolutamente valutarlo per la località ! Voucher regalati per la spa che si possono usare solo dalle 9 alle 11 di mattina , un po’ ridicola come cosa! Mi hanno fatto pagare 12 dollari per aVer smarrito un asciugamano che su prenotazione di 9 persone potevano anche chiudere un occhio !

Cozy boutique hotel feel ✨

The pool, the cafe nearby pool, the garden area, the comfy beds! Fresh linen and great quality towels! Mina from the cafe :) with his great smile & service! Mr.lifeguard from the kids pool who hands out towels, give excellent service too :)

As the room is already small, and wood furniture quite old. Paintings in room are dull and add to the feel of standard lifeless hotelroom , a more vibrant colour would add life, like turquoise to match the hotel theme. And perhaps dampen the yellow wooden colour overall. Restaurant is too noisy and sound absorption could be improved immensely! As it felt like a factory whilst trying to have dinner. But food is great and service as well :)

Great staff, clean beach, comfortable rooms.

The pools (at least the one in front of our room) weren‘t crowded and the staff was always helpful. The outside area of the hotel was beautifully designed and built.

The staff in the bowling center couldn‘t find the paper with our reservation on and just waited for us to live with it. They didn‘t offer any other time slot before we asked for one.

The food was bad even for an all inclusive. The different bars and restaurants are not open or all inclusive all the time so had to constantly move to get drinks or snacks during the day. So we ate out every night.

Everybody in the hotel such as staff, security, guests were awful. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Room was really nice and also beach was really nice and cool(beach volleyball, swimming, lifeguards). For example, I lost my swimming goggles btw I love swimming, a lifeguard named Ahmed gave me his swimming goggles because he saw that I swam a lot in the sea.

Great location, great vibes around the resort. Very clean + really nice private beach. Overall highly recommend

This could just be a one off from our experience but check in wasn't on time and we only got our room about an hour later plus the lady at the reception wasn't the friendliest (rest of staff everywhere were amazing)

All in all was pleasant.

The hotel was excellent everything was clean and nice besides to the great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You will find everything from trips offers to daily parties just a walk away from the hotel, daily live performances. The sea and the pool were just perfect and the inclusive was absolutely worth it.

The food wasn't very satisfying, It lacked the flavour.
