Hotel is right across the big park in Burgas where you can see sand sculptures in the summer, there is a horse training ground. Through the park you can walk to the beach.
The bed was super comfy and the room was very quiet. Amenities were just what I needed for a one night stay.
Its a family friendly hotel and there were families during my stay. Its also suitable for couples and lone travellers.

Very helpful stuff. We came to the city in the morning. They made everything to check us in as soon as possible.
Just if you don't have a car, there is not a very comfortable way to get to the hotel. Was raining, and the way was very dirty.

The staff is really nice and helpful. Place Is clean. Breakfast was nothing special but ok.
There's no drinking water in the rooms and I bought one bottle from the reception - the price was like I'm on the airport. One or two bottles of water in the room would be more than nice compliment and wouldn't kill the business...
The smell from the desinfectants/cleaning liquids in the room was too much. I'd kept the window open for hours in order to change the air in the room.
I paid for a sea-view room - well, from the first floor you don't see the sea. You partially see the salt-making facilities. Plus it's so noisy from the boulevard in front, but you don't know that when you book for the first time there.

We were there already 2 times and it was good for us. All OK, food is good in restaurant.
Breakfast availability was a bit shorter than before.

Staff was very polite and accommodating. The view from the top floor apartment was nice.
The bathrooms were dirty, there was hair in the shower from previous guests and the sinks were dirty. The carpets were also filthy. The hotel is located right by the road which was definitely not ok for us.

It was very clean, the staff was very helpful. There were air conditioners in the rooms and no mosquitoes. There were always place to park and we were satisfied in general

they have parking but if you are not traveling by car it doesn’t matter that
they didn’t give you toiletries and slippers even though they put that in your room facilities. the carpet was very dirty and old, the towels were very bad quality and no good options for the breakfast. if you want something more you have to ask. very bad quality for the food. the mattress was old and damaged.

Everything really, staff were friendly, food very good. Our room was so clean our towels and bedding always smelt very fresh... lovely fabric softener used. Even the communal toilets downstairs were spotless. A very well kept hotel.
Can't think of anything we didn't like. Maybe a kettle in the room and some cups.

Room was nice and clean, the building is the only nice building in the neighbourhood. Staff was very mixed in experience more than half were good. The internet is fast in the rooms, and after I asked for a chair I good actually work a little bit.
The location of the hotel is only nice if you are looking for a transit and are with your own car. The building is located in the midst of ugly sovjet style concrete appartment buildings next to a very very busy road. The breakfast was very limited and not too fresh. The hotel restaurant was closed on Sunday. Walking to the beach or into the centre of town is 45 minutes. There are some shops and 2 restaurants nearby but you have to walk on very unpleasant roads to get there. The hotel charged us 30 lev for a 3 minute transfer to the Railwaystation but I asked for a taxi not their Landrover to bring us there. Hotel staff knows nothing about the environment or local transport and none of them understand nor speak proper English. I chose the hotel because it advertized with seaview but that is a lie. The breakfast you needed to select from a paper and a limited selection. The bread was old and the juice was some terrible light lemonade. Luckily the coffee was okay. All in all not a bad hotel but in a terrible envrionment and they could use a course in hospitality.

The location of this hotel was great for our need. We had dinner booked at the Neptun restaurant at the far end of the Sea Gardens followed by the ballet in the Summer Theater in the Sea Gardens, so this hotel's location was perfect. Ample parking available. The room I booked was on the top floor which as a fantastic out look and superb terrace, however, be aware there is no lift, we were only staying for one night but carrying a heavy suitcase for a longer stay may be difficult. The bed was very comfortable, the shower room huge, the shower was excellent temperature control and water pressure very good for the top floor of the building. The room and the terrace were fabulously clean.
The room description stated kettle, never being one to leave things to chance, I took my own along with tea, coffee and milk (thankfully). There is no fridge in the room.
