Value for Money!

I stayed in the Twin Chalet, which was right on the beach. The room was kept ready, with the basics provided. It's value for money & the location has been the real win for me.

Overall, I would say it was fine. The food options are limited and since we visited during Ramadan, the service took time. In a way it's understandable.

Poor experience

.it is near to beach and the beach also very clear

Not good experience, problem with power and their response is not good. I don't prefer to stay again and I don't recommend. Even If you don't have any choice then also don't book the quardrooms go with other type. My kids not liked it at all.

Great spot, loved our island long weekend escape!

Great having our own little place, especially liked that we had a veranda to hang wet things and store the pram, and a picnic table where we could hang out in the evenings after putting bubba down.

A little bit noisy at times.

The owners were very friendly and hospitable. Their service is very gd. The food at the cafe is delicious.

The wifi connection is not very strong.

Sweet staff, helpful vibe with an amazing location at the beach

I think we got caught in Ramadan, so a bit lazy vibe, internet wasn’t fixed for the restaurant

loved it would definitely come again!

family run so very comfy as opposed to commercial run resorts. they were very accommodating and allowed me to change to a different room. property was right in front of the beach and able to swim despite the waves. very quiet place to chill and relax and hear the waves. their cafe serves good and reasonably priced food 👍

rooms needed maintenance, and would be better if the windows could open and ventilation with fan instead of air con.

Overall unsatisfied

Overall unsatisfied with this accommodation. The sheets were very dirty when we arrived, when we asked for new sheets someone came to change them but the new ones were also dirty with crumbs and even hairs… The room looked like it was not cleaned at all, dust everywhere and the floor was gross. The bathroom had stains of previous visitours and even empty shower gell bottles. There were ants and bugs everywhere in the room and on the property. The restaurant was closed the first night we got there without explanation. The staff was not very helpfull or kind. They said there was a laundry service, but our laundry took two days and came back looking like it had not been cleaned at all. For all these problems the staff did not step up or try to find a solution. We paid relatively much if you take into consideration that all chalets were empty and considering our bad experience. Not worth the money in the slightest. Overall a bad experience and we recommend everybody to stay somewhere else.

The price, beautiful stars at night, and the beach is beautiful.

Everything, the room need to be updated, no water at night till morning.. food quality at the restaurant are very very poor, flies and all kind of bugs are everywhere, cats are everywhere, sand flies are everywhere, the resort are not well kept i wish they could looked after the property better because they do have a beautiful beach, i booked 3 nights, day 2 we moved to a different resort. Not recommended

The beach was awesome. The rooms are located directly at the beach. Restaurants in the village were really affordable. Cancelling our last three nights wasn't a problem. The transport frim tekek village to juara was good. But consider to take the ferry of the resort if you want to go.

The room was not comfortable nor clean. We had all kinds of animals inside and outside the room. You cannot have dinner at the resort restaurant/cafe. They would not serve us eventhough they were open. Breakfast was okay.

The property could improve the showerhead and replace some old and broken chairs.

My escape from daily routine

The staff, the villagers is all so welcoming and friendly. The beach was exceptional beautiful. If you want to escape from your daily busy life, Pulau Tioman especially Kampung Juara is a must place to go. They also have so many activity to do here. Snokerling, diving, fishing, jungle tracking. Your vacation will be packed with activity. Although mobile phone doesn't have great reception, almost every premise has their own WiFi. So, ask the staff if you need WiFi connection.

Best holiday with nice and comfortable place to stay and view and beach super beautiful

Its very cozy and comfortable with nice view of private beach and .it took 20 minutes to reach the place from Tekek Jetty.If u reach jetty make sure call resort to send vehicle to pick up cuz taxi will be more expensive.The place need to go to the other side of the island so the journey to go there is to across the woods.But its fun edventure. the host also very nice to bring my husband to get some water.They prepare u with rice cooker,plate,water heater,fridge,kitchen stove so i suggested people who want to travel here to bring anything possible for them which can be cook.It will save cost and better.However,they got restaurant downstairs where we had a very nice nasi goreng dinner.Very quite place and peaceful.I can imagine anyone whom interested to travel with group of people must be best experience.100% suggessted.

Very good

We were able to do barbecue in the beach in front of our cottage. Room needs a little upgrade. Getting to the hotel cost RM100 to and fro the Jetty. The wifi is only available at the reception and it works good. Digi simcards works poorly in the island.

There were tiny roaches in the toilet.
