The staff were all professional and very friendly. Lovely people who work there
I was happy with everything

Waking up to the view of the ocean! It was an absolute pleasure to the eyes. The reception was kind enough to arrange for a boat transfer to the resort when we arrived earlier than the scheduled time. Wifi connection was good. You get to drink “Mountain Water”
Prior to arrival, the reception responded to all our inquiries in timely manner. Pictures are true to the listing.
Food options in the restaurant was limited. Some were hit, some were a miss. On a busy day, especially on weekends the kitchen and crew struggled to meet demand. Phone was not working so sometimes we had to walk to reception for things we needed. Back of the resort, closer to the forest there are a lot rubbish thrown into the stream of river. The pollution is not pleasant to the eyes and affects the nature.

The atmosphere was spectacular ❤️
The food option was not much

The property is located in a beautiful spot. The view from the pool and the beach is stunning. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The property was a bit isolated and there was only one company offering snorkelling and walking trips.

This place get's terrible reviews. We ended up here as there was absolutely nowhere else left on Tiomann Island that weekend. We were concerned on our way there, though having stayed it's not as bad as some of the reviews would suggest, but there's a lot of valid points you'll see coming up in multiple reviews. A lot of comments relate to the staff being unattentive/disconnected etc. This appears to have changed dramatically, I would even suggest they're a little too in your face now at times but the feedback seems to be taken onboard which is a positive thing.
We stayed in a Beach Front villa, and overall it was very nice. The room was a little dated and had spot painting and marks on the walls - it could do with some retouching. View from the room was beautiful and the location of the resort is really pretty. It's a very isolated cove , so once you come down to the resort you're pretty much stuck there. There is a water taxi, though it's going to be work to get in and out to some of the more populated places on the west side of the island. Plan to stay there and make it home.
The price for the room was way too high, and we're not the only ones to observe this. We paid approx 300 USD per night. The main building of the resort is a huge wooden structure, and we had a lovely evening with some new friends having dinner and a few drinks.
The food here is way overpriced. Not necessarily bad food, just very very expensive. Possible supply chain mgmt issues here as many items on the menu were suddenly unavailable on the second evening due to boat problems. This was one of the busiest weekends of the summer, so it looked like a planning issue.
The bar itself had closed somewhere around 9 and we were far from done - was quite upsetting getting cut off and handed the bill in what we felt was the middle of the evening. There was another group of about 10 there who seemed to feel the same way. What we found unusual was that we essentially then got kicked out at 10pm as the doors were being closed around us - it felt like we were being asked to leave, so we did. And discussed for the next 5 minutes how strange it was , and disappointing that our evening had been shut down.

Beautiful resort. I like they have a thirst for sustainability. drinking water from mountain water. Fishes swimming at the shore.
An area of improvement for better maintenance and provide training to their staff.

The manager helped and try to offer solution we had issue and complain.
We finally checked out earlier and he did not charge any extra fees.
Terrible. Hotel is falling a part, not maintain and dangerous as some part of the deck at the pool were missing with big whole, when tonne of kids around.
You have to wait 1 hour for a la carte food and of don t expect the food the be good.
Toilet was full of ants, and not possible to seat.
Terrible smell at the main deck below restaurant, most likely due to used water that they dump inside the sea.

Only the seea but spoiling with waste product in front customer
.Food for dinner arrival delay. Not much varieties of food. Really made me embrased

The picturesque location, lovely staff, the beach , the design and cleanliness of the chalet. It is a plus that they provide free boat trip to and from Genting Jetty. Kudos to Diana and Miller.
The estate needs some upkeeping and cleaning. There's a puddle of water under rooms 203 and room 204 that's emitting a smell. Food options can be improved as well.

Staffs are friendly.
Beach was so so. Was expecting a sandy beach, but it was full with rocks.
The food was not that bad, but maybe they can add more options to the menu since there are no other restaurants nearby.
The ferry to mersing. Eventho we bought tickets, the ferry are still occupied. We checked out at 1pm, our ferry should be at 3pm but instead we waited for another 2 hours because the ferry was full.
So much waiting.

The location is great and beautiful for recreation, the cleanliness is good
the rest of the services are bad and the food prices are high, there is no mobile signal, the internet has to pay 14RM for 1 GB’ and the prices for activities are very expensive, and delivery to other beaches is very high, compared to Genting Beach, or Tekek .
3.6
Scenery! The hill, the jetty, the beach, the pool, foods are tasteful. Their garden also very nice, with small pond and children can feed the fish. Not to forget, the staffs are very friendly. Definately a place you must go at least once in your life. 😄😄😄
There are no cellular coverage at the room. You can connect to the internet only at the lobby. But that is fine, because we want to spend more time with our love ones, not on the gadgets.. 😘
3.6
The location as a private property, it is good for relaxing.
Highly recommended to improve the local communication service provider. Honestly, the mobile connections was the worst thing here.
3.6
Clean and beautiful set up. Scene was breathtaking. Room was comfortably nice. Staff were all friendly, always smiling.
Aircond unit wasn’t working properly. Had to depend on the ceiling fan. Wifi connection was so limited. Could do with some improvements to their Telco system. Other than that we really enjoyed our short break there.
