Top accommodatie, bijzonder overnachten en behulpzame eigenaresse

Super mooie en leuke accommodatie met een top bed. De hele behulpzame en lieve eigenaresse van Urban Glamping gaf ons de tip om ‘s avonds met onze auto een rondje te rijden en zo zagen we al heel snel 3 nijlpaarden over de straat heen lopen. Super bijzonder!

Amazing stay

Everything is very well organised, clean and spacious. All the staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The facility had all we needed, and the location is great. Secure parking is available. Thank you for an amazing stay. Will definitely come back

Nice to start with and ended stressfully.

Loved the setting. The beds are extremely comfortable. Like sleeping in a cloud. Facilities are nice. Staff wash your dishes after you have cooked in the communal kitchen which is a blessing.

Noise of pumps etc surrounding property are noisy at night when trying to sleep. The luxury area seems less glamorous outside than the non-luxury area around the pools, although the luxury customers may use the non-luxury side. Just wonder why the luxurious side is not as nicely decorated as the non-luxury side. Attention to detail missing. Usual items you would expect in any motel was missing here, so very disappointed when it’s labelled luxury and these items are missing. You would expect more… not less. When my parents mentioned certain issues to management, management became unfriendly and on our final day our rooms were not refreshed in the usual manner of our first three days. Things were not handled professionally by management. Staff were spoken to in front of customers about the issues and this should be done behind closed doors. My parents were also blamed for losing an agent booking due to one complaint made. However this agent / client was nowhere in the vicinity when my parents spoke to management. A pity it turned out this way as it is honestly a stunning setting.

Absolutely the best way to enjoy glamping. If you are opposed to camping the traditional way, then this is for you. The luxury tents are equipped with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable and the linen is of great quality. All the facilities are clean and neat. A very relaxing stay. Conveniently located. Shops and restaurants are merely walking distance away. Safe and secure. An amazing stay. We will definitely be back ❤️

We couldn't find any eating knives in the communal kitchen.

I liked the feel of the area and vibe. It was great.

I didn't like to be told to be quiet at 14:00 while the noise is not allowed at 22:00. The ladies words were, I quote " please be quiet because "my people are sleeping "

Lovely tent and the surrounding with the two pool areas is really wonderful. We have just enjoyed hanging out there.

The safe wasn't working, but that's really the only negativ. And we could always store all the valuables at reception. So no problem after all.

Lovely owner and very friendly stuff. She gave a lot of tips for the surroundings and the Park. Its easy to book Trips at the Rezeption. The tents are comfortable and nice. The Kitchen is clean and full equiped. Its realy a nice place and i can recomend it.

Having a coffee machine in the room which couldn't be utilised and not having the instant coffee sachets replenished. I also think there could be a better way to turn on the outside deck lights without a staff member just walking through unexpectedly.

The manager who welcomed us was racist She was displayed racist attitude towards us as she kept asking the receptionist to check if we really paid and that we chose to stay at the luxury tents. The attitude was dismissing towards us.
