Its classic B&B, located in the old city center, in old building. Close to Palace and Park, which are just magnifecent, nearby major streets and restaraunts. Well managed, very nice host with positive attitude and good communication on all questions. Ive got a room without windows, but it has transparent doors towards outer corridor large windows, so it was ok. The separate shower room was just opposite door, through the joint kitchen. Bed was comfortable. Parking is tough in this city, even through winter local traffic is heavy and streets are packed, but there are few reliable secured payed parking options nearby.
My room happen to be without either conditioner/heater or just simple electric heater, neither central heating system didnt exist in the room. It was cold a bit. Spent the whole evening packed in the winter street cloth, good that Im prepared. Slept quite well thanks to thermal underwear. Also the WiFi was a disaster, - have to switch back to mobile data, which also didnt perform well in this building :(

Livia is a great host. She shared lots of information with me about my possible needs in the city. Also, she gave me a souvenir as a gift!
The room was cozy and comfortable. Location was perfect. There was a private bathroom with personal key.
For me, the only disadvantage was the lack of an air conditioner in my room. But there was a fan and it was also doing good for the weather condition that city had during my stay. Nonetheless, this is a really minor disadvantage beside the positive sides of my experience.

We stayed at a very huge room with a terrace! Livia is a very nice and passionate host, and also very responsive and helpful :)
Can easily hear the flushing of toilet, hair drying, door opening and shutting from the adjacent room.
After one shower, the water needs to be heated up again by the boiler. Have to wait for about 15 min for the next person to take a shower.

Large room, wifi was ok, room and bahthroom were clean.
By arrival I had luck that I can entered into the house and that owners were at home, although I inform them about the time of my arrival. For check out I did not get any information, so I only left the keys on the table and I went, because I had left early in the morning. After check in I did not get any information about check out. The owners got me a map of Naples, because I mentoned that I will go there.
