Excellent breakfast, very pleasant host, clean and nicely decorated, just at the beginning of the city center.

The property is perfectly located, walking distance (just 15 minutes) to the center.
Mrs Elsa is amazingly nice, we really enjoyed her great attitude and dedication.
The communication was easy. The breakfast was fresh and tasty.
Thank you!
The family attic suite is far from being a "palace" and hardly liveable. There are aggressive narrow stairs leading to the leaving space, not shown on the pictures. Getting up and down with big suitcases was challenging.
The ceiling is less than 2 meters. Two tiny windows and one small AC unit serving three rooms. There was a portable AC requiring an opеn window to put the pipe outside; we couldn't use it because an open window just neutralized the cooling; besides, it is extremely noisy. The sleeping space with two beds in the niches has no window.
We also didn't find a socket near one of the beds on the niche.
The breakfast is slow and not flexible, starting at 8:30, and operated by one person. The food is fine, but the choice is poor. No vegetables, no regular cheese, mostly sweets. No buffet, you are served and ask for specials (eggs, for example)
We should have definitely booked a regular hotel, paying 20% more, but having a normal stay.

Spectacular stay! I would stay here every time I go to Torino. The room was beautiful, so comfortable and spacious, the host was the sweetest and the breakfast was amazing. I really recommend this place, I didn’t want to leave.

Breakfast of generous proportions with high quality!
I did not find a wifi connection

A delicious breakfast spread that included homemade cakes. The room and adjoining bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. She even accommodated my travel companion's need for an extra early breakfast (due to her train departure time).
While the double bed in the room was very comfortable, the single bed was quite narrow and not so comfortable. I'm guessing for a child, this is OK, but there were 2 of us friends traveling together.

its location was ideal for our one-day visit to Turin.
even though we had a “murphy's-law” situation during check-in, our host responded timely and remedied the situation immediately.
the breakfast the next morning was also great thanks to wonderful home-baked tarts and pastries provided by Elsa the attendant.
nothing notew to complain about.

Breakfast and location excellent.
Could have been better communication with times for breakfast, we ended up getting up too early!

The property is relatively central. The building is Beuatiful, even the elevator had style! The room was big, clean and comfortable. Because i had an early departure they opened the breakfast room early for me! Breakfast was great - even freshly cut delicious fruit salad was available - the best i had for breakfast at a hotel.
I would have preferred if the bathroom was in the room - but i should mention it was right across the door, spacious and clean. Also the automatic hotel lock was finicky.

the proprietor to excellent in every way. it is a great location
we had a balcony that was sweet
it was an old dwelling and sound proofing was lacking and our room was right of the main corridor
our mattress was not a high

Great location within walking distance of major attractions. The hotel is located in a beautiful, historic building. There is a large common room for breakfast and relaxation in the evening,. The host was kind and helpful.
The doors were very squeaky and did not close properly, so it was impossible to use the bathroom in the night without waking up everybody. The rooms could use more electrical outlets for charging phones.

Grand, quirky building. Small balcony. Great breakfast.

Elsa is the best! Her warmth is the best thing to wake up to…. and the delicious smell of breakfast being prepared of course!
Only complaint are tiny ants that could be seen at times crawling on the floor, not surprising in an old
building with open windows.

Our family of five stayed in the attic room of this gorgeous B+B. It was the ideal place from which to venture out and explore the city. We loved the breakfast every morning and the accommodation was very comfortable.

Very clean and the location is just perfect

I completely underestimated how wonderful this place is. The room was spacious and beautiful, with a small balcony to sit on, but felt more like a home than a hotel room. The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast spread was great (and convinced us to buy our own little espresso maker). The private bath was also large, and the only place in Italy where we got an actual bathtub, even if it was across the central hallway.
It was hard to find enough open power outlets to use. Maybe not an issue for some, but we tend to have a lot of electronics charging at night. The locks are tricky to manipulate.

The location was fantastic, close to good restaurants, shopping and coffee shops. Check in was easy. Parking was close and reasonably priced. The building and apartment were elegant. Breakfast was excellent, and bigger than expected. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Place centrally located in a good part of town.
Public parking along the street in front of apartment block. Cost 10 euro a day, buy a ticket from tobacco kiosk at corner of block. may not be easy to get a place, but just wait for a car to move out.
Rooms and beds very comfortable. Attic room may not be recommended for tall folks. Also difficult to haul heavy suitcases up the attic.
Very kind and helpful host. Great breakfast. Also a nice shared sitting room for guests.

Amazing breakfast with incredible bread and croissants
Extremely helpful owner. Anticipated breakfast time to accommodate for my needs
Elegant, elegant, elegant and authentic
Turin (not Palazzo Bellini) rather unfriendly towards visitors.
Expensive and difficult parking
