Great central apartment for your looking for self catering facilities.

Location was excellent, so central. Spacious apartment, clean with everything you need.

Shower needs fixing. Controls need recalibrating. Was difficult to get to temperature and then was too hot. Shower head needs replacing - it was dirty and blocked with limescale. Generally shower tiles and surround are tired. Also apartment needs a bit of a paint - inside wardrobes particularly and also some marks on walls. Access code email came rather late (only 2 hours before check-in time) - I live in Guernsey and turned off my data when in UK as expensive so had problems getting in as had not received instructions.

Great location, apartment was nice.

A real pain having to get the keys, had to walk to another apartment block to get keys and then walk back to our apartment, not great with two kids in tow. They don’t tell you this when booking, so be aware of this process!

Air con not working, when reported just told that they knew, property in need of deep clean and has some maintenance issues aside from the air con - didn’t help it was 30 degrees on weekend we stayed

Flat needs lots of repairs.

spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and comfortable beds. Good price, Close to many sites, restaurants, etc..

There is no front desk so you were unable to speak to someone face-to-face. Responses via text were delayed significantly. Having to go to a different site to pick up your keys is a hassle. Lack of instructions on multiple things. Sparsely stocked apartment. Since there is no air conditioner, it would have been nice if there were fans for every room-We had to ask for them. The fire alarm woke us up in the dead of night, even though there was no fire. The freezer is malfunctioning. Front door to the flat is very difficult to open and close and the handle kept falling off. Pillowcase coming apart. Shower floor very slippery. Rugs slip when you walk on them. Two of the doors to the balcony are broken- one closed permanently with a kitchen utensil. The door to the master bathroom was not functioning. Somewhat noisy street. Lighting is poor in the master bathroom. There is a missing light fixture in the living area so all you see is a hole in the ceiling. The guest bathroom shower constantly drips.

Very central property, clean and perfect for the 3 of us on a girls trip. nice decor and well presented. Good communication for check in and we’re about to get in early as requested.

location is excellent ; very nicely appointed and comfortable. Near theatres and West End but information on access very poor and barely meaningful

We received 8 emails from Cove. One contained access codes but did not clarify where they were valid. Although apartment is at Slingsby Place keys are obtained from Arne Street about 300 m away. Important omission was that little block plastic thing opened main door at Slingsby Place. In the end worked it out a more meaningful single communication from Co e would have obviated our difficulties

The location was excellent and the apartment was super cozy.

When we arrive the shower drain was clogged, but we contacted the host and an hour after someone came to fix. They were always available and ready to help

We had a few day stay in London (coming from the Netherlands) to celebrate new years eve and our sons birthday.

Modern look. Perfect location. In the heart of London. streetnoise at night was very low. The service was fabtastic. We had some issues with paying for the property, where we were helped really well. Also at arrival we needed some assistance with getting the key, which was provided right away. And contacting the facility in general was easy and personnel was very helpful and polite.

Exceptional

Flat is in perfect location to explore central London by foot or public transport. Two tube stations just couple minutes away. New Seven Dials food market also on doorstep and lovely variety of food on offer. In the courtyard of the building itself two fab restaurants: Dishoom and Bills so plenty of options very close and convenient. We really appreciated how cosy and warm it was as weather in December was miserable. All facilities as described and as on pictures. Had a problem with WiFi but one phone call and one WhatsApp conversation later it was all sorted. Very professional, efficient and kind service from two members of staff we had contact with. It is expensive but delivers on all promises and I would highly recommend it and would stay again.

A great spot to enjoy London West End.

The location is simply amazing. We could walk to everywhere in the West End. The flat is small but we managed well with a family of three. The amenities were good. The staff were very quick to respond to queries.

Fantastic location, spacious accommodation, huge sweeping balcony, quality furnishing. loved it.

It was a bit of a challenge, probably as I'd just changed phone provider and didn't receive a message advising where the key pick up was. It delayed entry by around an hour, but was sorted in the end. The key pick up was in a different location which was on the only minus about our stay.

Location was perfect. If you want central London then ideal. Plenty of restaurants and plenty of pubs to enjoy. Make sure you book if you are looking at any of the places near. We went in December which is natrually buay as and thankfully booked a place to eat in October time.

Terrace door of the aparttment was a little ropey. Could still lock it but didnt feel 100% secure.

The Cove at St Martin was the perfect location for our family London days out.

the location and proximity to all was fabulous, the apartment was kept well with very comfortable beds, great views of Covent Garden and the London Eye

Girls trio

I don’t normally write reviews but this accommodation was absolutely fantastic. Perfect location, good value as the apartment (3 bed) was huge. It was spotless. Although I booked thru booking.com I spoke to Christina at Cove direct. She was extremely helpful and lovely to speak to. Thanks for everything. I had a fabulous stay and I’ll definitely book again for my next trip to London.

it’s clean, modern, bright and roomy in a perfect location

the toilets are not very sturdy as they are attached to the wall so you don’t feel safe putting very much weight on them they would be better if they were attached to the ground
