Fantastic staff (desk front & cleaning), lovely clean unit.

Great location as shops were all within walking distance. Used buses to go further afield, & taxis to get to and from the airport. Unit was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ran out of toilet paper as the unit was not serviced on the Sunday (would have been good to have a spare roll in the bathroom cupboard). Several small areas on the walls needed repaired & painted (particularly in bathroom).

A room with a great bed and good facilities

Central yet quiet location, big comfortable bed. All Quest unit facilities were there. Big opening window.

Faulty washing machine but the staff offered us a solution to dry our clothes

Wonderful home away from home right in the middle of everything

The staff at front desk and service were friendly professional and helpful. Room facilities are top notch. Everything you have in your home is right there. Steam oven, washer & dryer. Loved the shower AND the bathroom products are heaven.

Great central location. nicely appointed and comfortable bed. Great kitchen facility

Could perhaps manage the car parking better. We came back mid evening to find all spaces taken bar one which had not enough room as the car had parked on the line. Clearly the person parked there was not a guest as they would have known whose car it was. Did receive a refund of a nights parking.
