Bon rapport qualité prix

Pratique car nous étions 7 célibataires et chacun avait son lit. Le prix est abordable. Il y a tout ce dont on a besoin.

La vaisselle est très abîmée et sale. C'est dommage. Un côté pas très pratique : une des 2 salles de bain ne fermait pas à clés. Enfin, une forte odeur d'égout ressort du bidet. Il faudrait trouver un produit ou un bouchon.

Superb value for money, position to station is fantastic. Simple quick walk for a bite to eat at the Station. Nice vibe at the station eatery. Spacious bed rooms. Two bathrooms handy. Great communication with host.

Tricky with one key, although we were Ok. Area feels a little unsafe, although nothing happened, there were streets that we didn’t want to walk down. I think it was our own miss understanding more than anything. We also knew we were staying in a less expensive part of Rome. This is no fault of the place. The place security was outstanding.

Small but comfortable place to stay near Rome Termini

The property is very close to Rome’s central station. The property has two bathrooms, which was great for my group of six. The staff were very helpful too.

Bathrooms are quite tight, but that is to be expected for the price.

Avoid as you will get disappointed

Cleaningness :dirty place all over like open wires around the flat (dangerous for kids ) , we found dirty laundry in the washing machine dirty fridge ,it was a shamefully stay as look like no one clean this place

Cheap and good location, however some issues with the property itself.

The owner was very helpful in accommodating for our late arrival and was quick to reply. For the price paid the location was great, close to public transport and all main attractions.

The property, especially bathrooms, was quite unclean that had an unpleasant odour surrounding. Washing was still hung out on the clothes rack. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms (directly above a bed) leaked water whilst being turned on, making everything underneath become wet as well.

Exceptional

The apartment was perfect for our family. We felt extremely comfortable and happy there. The entire apartment was cute and homely. Close walk to the termini station which was very convenient. The washing machine was an extra bonus! The beds were comfortable. The showers were as warm as you'd like! Would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Rome!

Location is good, next to Termini station, fit for easy transportation. Host, also, very welcoming and friendly.

The house is old, with old facilities. The furniture is very old and very poor. The bathroom, even there are two bathrooms, are small, with very bad smell, and totally unfriendly. There is not television. The internet doesn't work. Is an spartan, cold, unfriendly house. My family was upset on me because I booked that house.

Roman holiday

Excellent large apartment within easy walking distance to all Rome attractions. A stones throw away from terminal Station (the main train and bus station) tons of restaurants on your door step, a supermarket 5 mins away and a fully functioning kitchen to cook in :) the host was extremely accommodating and friendly, we would highly recommend this as a base to explore Rome 😀

The apartment is easy to reach, just a 5-minute walk from Central Station in a multi-ethnic neighborhood. From there it is easy to walk to many monuments such as the Basilicas of Santa Maria Maggiore and that of San Giovanni, the Baths of Diocletian, the Roman Aquarium, headquarters of the House of Photography and Architecture... The owner is always available to give advice or resolve any requests.

The host was so kind and helpful. The place is near the station, the neighborhood is not the best but the place is really good and the best is the attention of the owner. They allowed us to check in before and to hace a latr checkout.
